Ms Thornton finds everything in order. Her men unload the cargo. She marks TT's and Robwin's contracts with a seal. Leaving a small brand on the contract. You each feel a magical tie break. You feel slightly lighter. She pays TT and Robwin each fifty gold.
Speaking to TT and Robwin, "I may have work for you and your new compatriots within a tenday. If you are around drop in. For now, here is a writ for four nights room and board at the Stonehill and coverage for your gear and mules. After that, it's your nib."
"Well, the day is still early though the Townmaster is likely up by now. Should we stop there next? Take care of his inquiry with the Gnomes and Ms. Gwynn?", Eli asks.
OOC TT would have wanted to deliver the items in person but if any relatives were unknown she would have left the 3 items The shield, necklace and chess piece
Rinn drops the stone and the mage hand as he follows the others now that business is done at the Miner's Exchange. "We can let Mr. Harbin know we've seen to the gnomes and Ms. Gwynn. I'm sure he'd be happy know they're all alright."

Ms. Thornton looks over the items. "My lady, I may certainly send these back to the Calderon trading company in Neverwinter. However, if you wish to ensure they are returned to next of kin, you may hold onto them and I will check on details of their existence. What is your choice?"
"I took the vow to return them and tell their families the truth of what happened. I will keep them and travel to Neverwinter at my earliest opportunity. Thank you Ms. Thornton"
Townmaster Harbin Wester looks over the wand, "No, I am not interested in the wand. I am thankful for your willingness to make the effort and both the kings and Ms. Gwynn have written highly of you. I will reward you well."
He provides Eli, Ikki, Rinn, and Blaire fifteen gold each for "helping Phandalin"
"I do have a small emergency that I hope you would look into. The night before last, a ragged and wounded man staggered into town. I am afraid something terrible has happened. He is convalescing in Barthen's house. Find out what his story is and deal with the situation. I fear he's one of Big Al's hands. There are seven of you? I will pay you twenty gold each provided you can prove Big Al is well."

"Stop by as you are able. If I have more information on their kin, I will give it to you. Have a good day."
Wolfsong, having left Robwin and TT to deal with their contract and followed the others to the Townmaster's, adds his own inquiry, "You say the man was wounded, was it by blade or by tooth and nail?"
"Ooh, what happened to Big Al? That sounds like an awesome mystery!" Rinn rubs his hands together and looks to the others in the group, "When can we go?"
Back at the miner’s exchange, Robwin would have thanked Ms Thornton graciously, and after TT had dealt with their fallen party members’ belongings, he would enquire briefly about precious stones and gems: “Yes, in fact, I’m after a number of stones and gems. I need various different kinds to use as spell components: a diamond, a pearl, rubies, and various gems in raw form or in the form of dust... ...Are those the kind of things you would come across here? If so, I would need to save some more gold first, but it’s always nice to know where these things can be acquired”. He also promises to return in a few days about the work she mentioned.
Then, on the walk over to the Townmaster’s house, he approaches Blaire quietly, “Here...” he says, holding up the pouch of gold from the miner’s exchange, “50 gold for the hat, and my eternal gratitude”.
Robwin is then keen to head over to Barthen's house, to check on the wounded man.
He’ll also check if there are any new jobs posted on the job board...

The Townmaster, Harbin, is a cowardly fellow and immediately darts back into his house firmly closing the door and replying through it.
"He had a bit of everything if I understand it correctly! Including a couple of arrows in him! Barthen will be able to tell you - I dare say even show you - more."
He sounds like he is hyperventilating at this point.

Ms Thornton looks Robwin over and smiles.
"Yes, we handle such exchanges for our clients. Usually making shipments to larger cities, you understand. Still, come in with enough gold and we'll show you what is available. We wouldn't have pearls of course. Still, if you wish to order from us we could get items to you in two tenday."
Blaire takes the pouch and stares at him a bit.
"Well, thank you. I'll split this out with the others, but V bailed and I gave ya da hat. She offers you twenty back."
There is one job on the board.
“Dwarf prospectors found ancient dwarven ruins in the mountains southwest of here, and have been working an archaeological dig seeking treasure and relics. They need to be warned that a white dragon has moved into the area. Take the warning to them, then return to Townmaster Harbin Wester with proof to collect a reward of 50 gp.”
(Hey sorry I left I had personal stuff, wanted to say hi, I won’t be able to join back, just here for the day)
(Hope things go better!)
FYI
V. hit it off rather well with the Gnome, Nyx. She being rather tall and he being rather short, they physically clicked. He was also keen on the idea of making his own drink start to finish; something else they had in common. He stayed back with her in Gnomengarde. They'll probably set up their own farmstead in a year or two.

OOC @AndrewFairall What effects if any did TT leave with Ms. Thornton?

Making their way to Townmaster Harbin Wester's house again, he is still hold up terrified of the dragon.
Eli presents the message from Adabra Gwynn while he and Blaire present him with a wand to scare away any dragon that should come along.
Persuasion with advantage (7, 3)
