Aimon scampers up a chimney made of glossy bricks that juts out from the side of a nearby building. A few druergar who are making their way home look up at him with curiosity while others look at him with hostility. The party as a whole draws unwanted glances, but the citizens assume you must be here on permission.
After his brief assent, Aimon looks out across the sprawling city of the dark dwarves. He doesn't see any draconic figure for a moment as clouds of cinders and ash choke the air, but a chance gust of hot air escapes from the bellows of a forge. This burst of sudden wind parts the veil of smog before you, and you can see the hulking form of the dragon sinuously walking across the reinforced rooftops nearly 12 houses to your left. You can see she is moving in the towards the far end of the city in the general direction of where the giants live.
"Wait sooo, we are going to the same direction as the giant flaming dragon and not on the complete opposite? Well, it was a good life, but i see now my time has come" She says while looking to the horizon, then looks down, grabs the hilt of her weapon to be sure it was there and ready to be used
Oak considers things... “As far as the dragon’s concerned, we just want a chat don’t we?...”.
”I say we walk calmly over, catch up with her wherever we catch up with her, and ask any questions we’ve got.... ... Do we have a reason to rush or chase her? I guess we might lose sight of her, but we know where she lives”.
”My vote is: weapons stowed”, he looks poignantly at Frila, to make sure she’s okay, and isn’t going to go for her weapon in front of the dragon, ”...we head that way in a relaxed fashion... and have a relaxed discussion with the dragon”. Even as he says that he realises that it may not be as relaxing as all that!
((If the others are on board with that, Oak continues with the party towards the last known location of the dragon and/or the dragon’s home))
"We should bring a gift to her. If someone just appeared on your home out of nothing, we would probably just attack them" Frila then looks at the dragon "That really is a big girl, maybe some food?"
Oak looks over at Frila mightily impressed, “Hhuhh!.... That’s really not a bad idea... huh, yes maybe food?.... or something valuable? Or gold? What do dragons like??..... A sign of good faith...... I like that, I do! But I wonder whether we have anything worthy?”.
Aimon keeps walking in the direction of the dragon's home, while trying to stay in the general direction the dragon was heading in case she stops again. He waves the others to come along.
"We're not going to be able to carry anything large enough to make up even a snack for big scaly there," Aimon begins. "I believe Caelynn mentioned they all have a thing for treasure, but how much of that do we have to offer. Best thing we have I think, is information. We don't know if she even knows about what the rebels have planned. Might be an opener to a little chit chat."
Caelynn walks along with the others, following Oak's suggestion to stow all of her weapons for now. "From what I know, yes, they tend to hoard wealth. But like you said, I don't know if we'd have enough to satisfy her without going broke. Plus, if we introduce the possibility of giving her treasure, she might keep demanding more. I think offering information is our best course of action for now."
Oak agrees, “hmmm... yes information, and the hope of freedom, might be a valuable gift indeed....”. Content with that, he’ll head onward with the party towards the dragon...
"Just wondering, does informing the dragon, about the localization of a bunch of ugly and annoying and i think at least tasty dwarves counts as a good gift? Just throwing out there this idea out here. Also do you still have the slave collar i had? Might become handy" she knew that if it was necessary to restrain someone that collar was the best option, even if it was a fake restrain "Eh Eh Eh my teacher would be proud of me right now" she thought while looking up and putting a big smile on her face
The group hustles down through the streets of the city of the Druergar, hoping they can catch up to Themberchuard. Noticing that you are in a hurry, the citizens part to allow you easy passage through the tight streets. You eventually make it to the chasm that splits this part of the city in two. As you do, luck smiles upon you, and you see that across the bridges that extend over Ladruergar's Furrow (the chasm), Themberchuard has finally come to a stop. Similar to the first time you saw her, she appears to be preparing to light a forge. The flickering firelight around you accentuates Themberchuard's powerful, hulking muscles that bulge and relax gracefully as she approaches the dead forge. She easily reaches nearly 80 feet from its snout down to its serpentine tail. You see all the Druergar bow as the apex predator stalks to an unlit forge. She brings its massive reptilian maw close to the forge, and after a great inhalation of air, a blast of blinding white fire erupts from its gaping maw that outshines the sun for a moment. A blast of incredible heat and sound blasts through the air that you can feel even at your distance. You are forced to close your eyes for a moment as it overwhelms you, but as soon as it started, it's over. You open your eyes to see that the forge is now blazing with fire.
"Holy, that´s alot of fire!" Frila tries to cover her eyes from all the light caused by the massive fire, and then coughs. Even the air was hot, like she was inside a furnace
Blinking the afterimage of the flames from their eyes, Oak and Aimon notice something they didn't notice the first time that they saw Thermberchuard. Adorning her scaled neck, you see a strange silver medallion set with purplish jewel that radiates a faint, dark light.
A few of the Druergar bow towards Themberchuard. She basks in her own flaming radiance for a moment before she turns to prepare to leave.
Oak observes quietly to the party, “Hmmm.... The dragon appears to have a strange, silver medallion radiating a dark light, on her neck“.
He wonders, “I wonder if that’s a control device? Or a listening device, or both?!..... maybe we should check with her that we can speak freely before saying anything too... sensitive...”.

Aimon points in the direction the dragon is headed and shouts down to the others. "She's going that way."
He climbs back down and joins the others.
"She looks to be headed towards where the giants live. Maybe we can get ahead of her if we hustle."
"Wait sooo, we are going to the same direction as the giant flaming dragon and not on the complete opposite? Well, it was a good life, but i see now my time has come" She says while looking to the horizon, then looks down, grabs the hilt of her weapon to be sure it was there and ready to be used
"If we hustle... might garner a bit of attention.", Trill remarks in Aimon and Caelynn's voices.
