"I think it's just the first one, since it said DEATH where I think dawn would fit better."
Gotur will tap the first one with his staff, and as long as it's fully disarmed, step onto it (away from the blade part, just in case) and tap the second one.

Alton, you are almost certain that the other parts of the mosaic are not rigged.
Gotur, you tap the first mosaic slab with your staff. Alton seemed to have successfully disarmed it, so nothing happens. You stand on the plate, and touch the second piece of the mosaic with your staff... and nothing happens except a soft 'thud'.
Assuming you all follow, you all end up at the other side of the mosaic, looking at 2 old wooden doors. One to the north, and one to the west. They are closed.
Yes Venovar please roll a d4 from Thorvin's guidance spell.
I think the nat20 would be for an earlier part of this hallway, and it gave you basically the jist of the mosaic trap and the layout/size of the dungeon. I think a new perception roll will be needed for these doors specifically. But the d4 add is for sure all good! We will add your roll to the 12.
Venovar, you think you hear a very faint knocking noise from time to time, but it's quite faint, and you aren't sure if it's something beyond the door, or just movement from the bar upstairs.
Alton, yep I can see the result of the roll. You and Gotur both take a moment to inspect the doors. They do not seem to be rigged in any sort of manner. Gotur, you take greater care in the examination of the doors and you can't help but get lost for a moment in some of the intricate carvings on the door. Various symbols of different shapes and sizes adorn the west door. There isn't as much carvings on the north door. One with your level of woodworking skill may describe these carvings as sloppy, but they are detailed nonetheless. The doors seem sturdy as well, bolted to the wall and fitted nicely.
(for ability checks, if Thorvin is around, make sure to add on that d4! Don't worry about the door checks though as the DC is achieved without the d4s)
Gotur, in one of the corners of the doorway to the west, you can see a thick spiderweb. It's circumference is rather small, like maybe an apple size, but the web is thick.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vendovar, the door opens smoothly...
You see what might once have been a lab or workroom. You notice shattered remnants of alchemist glassware, and there are tall bookcases arranged back-to-back. These bookcases and various desks are suffocated with cobwebs, as are most of the corners of the room. There is also what seems to be magical symbols on the floor, the same ones as the ones on the door.
More noticeable, however, is the giant spider in the far corner of the room, seemingly webbing up a dead giant rat.
There is also a skeleton dressed in red robes with a wizards hat sitting at the far desk, with a large mug in its hand looking at a book.
It turns around when it hears you open the door, and its eyes turn a fiery red.

Gotur, you continue this way until you're across the entire mosaic safely. No other traps are activated.
Alton will cautiously follow

Venovar will open the one to the west, but before that, he will make a Perception check to see if he can hear anything on the other side.

Just to be safe, Alton will investigate both doors for signs of traps of some sort.

edit: Can you see the results of the roll, because I can’t.

Venovar, will you proceed to open the west door?
I forgot to mention one thing.
Gotur, in one of the corners of the doorway to the west, you can see a thick spiderweb. It's circumference is rather small, like maybe an apple size, but the web is thick.
There's a dead rat in it. (not a giant rat haha)
Venovar will open the door, halberd out.
