Spid-tur and Alton, you both move forward closer to the lodge without being noticed. You are both very quiet; Alton light on his feet and the spider being, well, a spider.
Alton, you are positioned at the entrance, hugging the outside wall. Please make a perception check.
Spid-tur, which window in particular did you creep up to? You'll see on the map there are 6 options. Also, please make a perception check.

Alton, every time you try and take a peek into the lodge, the door sways shut and it blocks your view. Every. Single. Time.
Spid-tur, you creep ahead and climb up the tree without any issues, but once you get to the window, you realize it's very dirty and you can't see anything through it with your 8 spider eyes. One thing you do notice though is that the window is sealed tight and there doesn't seem to be any slits for you to fit through, either.
Landy has also moved ahead a bit, she is getting impatient and wants to know what is going on. "The horse was eaten you say?! Screw this noise, I'm goin' in to see if any of my friends are in there!"
She has moved ahead a bit on the map and is on the way to the front door, towards Alton. She doesn't see Spid-tur, but was impressed that a huge half-orc could change into a little spider when it happened.
(( Totally read this "narrow slits for windows" as ARROW slits.... ))
Spid-tur skitters across to check the right hand window then, if it's also closed up tight, with the Professor not abiding by stealth, he'll return to the ground.

You will find that all of the windows are sealed shut keeping all little critters out. However, if you want to make another perception check for the right side window, go ahead. Maybe it’s cleaner than the left side.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ralf stops her at the door (I would assume he moved up to the door as well). "Patience, young padawan. Wait for Gotur's intel, we must." Before Gotur goes in, I will cast [spell[Guidance[/spell] on him to add to his next check (sorry I didn't say it earlier, was caught up in Thanksgiving festivities). I will also ready Color Spray at 1st Level, activating if I see any goblins coming in through the door.
Spid-tur, you find that this window on the right is cleaner than the left. You're able to see inside.
It's like staring into a nightmare. Maybe a dozen bodies laid open with deep slashes are scattered on the floor and around overturned tables. Beer and blood is splattered everywhere, and as with the horse outside, the bodies seem to be partially eaten.
You also see 4 goblins looting through some of the corpses. You notice 1 bigger goblin-like thing which seems to be the leader who is trying to open a lockbox, and then 1 other larger goblin who seems to be guarding the room. None of these creatures have seen or heard any of you yet.
Ralf, the professor responds "but what if somethin's wrong in there! Oh alright... I will wait over here I reckon." she is concerned, but finally listens and veers off to the right. She will now hold her position until she gets the OK. She didn't get close enough to the entrance for the goblins to hear. Barely. (she needed to be told twice. Nice job)
Ralf if you are in fact going up the stairs to the door, please roll a stealth check. Your spell is readied but noone has came through the door yet. Also, I don't think Gotur went in the door yet. Actually, Spid-tur is still in the right side window where he sees the goblins. Spid-tur, you can't change back to Gotur where you are as that tree is much too big.
Alton, you are still unseen. You can likely hear some faint goblin-speak at this point, but still can't see anything through the swaying door.
Only the spider knows about the goblins right now.
Ralf you can also roll perception if you are in fact coming to the door... basically you will be able to see in as long as you don’t roll one like Alton did!
Seeing Alton go inside, Spid-tur will skitter down and also enter, but retain his current form for now, circling around to the right of the door on the ceiling, getting above the goblin by the body.

((I have mixed feelings about making little spiders roll stealth checks. In some cases, I think it's warranted given someone can normally see something small walking on the ceiling. Sometimes, anyway. However in this case, the goblins are searching the bodies, and not paying attention to much else, let alone the ceiling.))
No stealth check required. I have moved the spider on the map. You are unseen at the moment and on the ceiling.
Ralf, will you do anything in this last moment before the goblins see Alton?
Alton, will you attempt anything else in this last moment before they look up?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ralf, seeing that things are about to go down, will walk through the door after Alton makes his move, casting Bless, and says "One with the grave, I am, and with me, YOUR GRAVES ARE DUG."
Dunno if Alton will get a surprise round, but I really wanted to deliver that one-liner, so I'm rolling for initiative. 10

What's everyone doing? The map is updated with what Spid-tur can see, and I have also added the 3 types of goblins to the 'Bestiary' tab so you can see what they look like. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JMcWkjg_2bADKFk72NcYqCT9q6iqli_XAHA77ojzLz0/edit#gid=1515927733

Ralf, the goblins must be occupied with looting the bodies that they do not hear you come up the stairs.
You come up behind Alton, and his body along with the swinging doors block your view inside.
Currently, only the spider knows about the goblins.
Alton and Ralf, I would think that you can now hear some rustling around inside. But you don't see anything.
Map is updated!
(What's going on is that the doors are actually now stuck/resting in a closed position. This makes more sense as to why they can't see inside yet.)
Alton will try to slowly slink in the door, staying in the shadows and trying not to be seen.

Alton, you slink in the door without being seen or heard, and you now see the horrors that are inside of the lodge along with all of the goblins.
You are hugged against the inside front wall.
It is only mere seconds now until one of the goblins looks up and sees you, but in this particular moment, you are not seen.
Map is updated!
Seeing Alton go inside, Spid-tur will skitter down and also enter, but retain his current form for now, circling around to the right of the door on the ceiling, getting above the goblin by the body.
