Etrigan staggers at the impact of the crossbow bolt. "That will be repayed like of flesh a pound but don´t be dismayed I´ll start with your hound." Etrigan verbally retaliates againts the troll hearted ranger and unleashes two purple beams of crackling energy towards the hell hound.

For her action, she continues to strike at the ranger... To hit: 20 Damage: 9 To hit: 26 Damage: 10
The opportunity strike was a crit, so she will use a smite, and here is the extra damage... Normal damage: 5 Green flame extra damage: 8 Smite damage: 14
Barbatos' blood soaked leather armor is perforated and lacerated in innumerable places, but visibly beneath these tattered scraps if leather, his wounds yet heal. "You must be bleeding mad, love! After what you done to Sadie, I'm not letting you lot out 'ere alive." He looks over the statue of Moloch, smashed on the ground and inquires. "You just had to take the eyes. What'd you do wif' 'em? I'm guessing I'll find em on one of ya."
<>Ooc: Barbatos has little reason, perceived or real, to consider retreat at this point, save to keep his hellhound alive. The fact that her name is Sadie III suggest to me that he's simultaneously emotionally invested in these things, yet pragmatic in their use.
This dialogue is good, though; I strongly encourage it. Most of the things in this module, including this guy, are willing to talk, given the right circumstances. He is working closely with Thessalar and he's been rewarded for his cruel contributions. He might still betray him, if he had a good reason, but several of the things wrought by Thesallar walk around with a sense if impunity, like the hydra you've killed twice so far. Generally greed and hatred motivate them more than fear. Like the warden, who would have helped you screw over the torturer if you bumped into him first. Just because he hates that guy. He apparentlyjust assumes the guards will catch you eventually, so why should he, a man's heD on the body of an owl, try to stop you? Better to put you to good use.>>
She is. I did mention, though, that the veritably indestructible guy presently engaging in dialogue in between throwing fireballs is pretty attached to her. Just ICYMI.
Leann shrugs. "You aren't going to win this fight." She informs the ranger. "Even with your healing, you are still taking more damage than you are restoring, and, eventually, I will cut you down, then remove that pack from your shoulders." She glances to the animal looking fairly hurt by now. "If you want that beast alive, then you have little choice but to surrender, or else I think it quite likely my companions will destroy it in the next few seconds..."
The ranger takes a bunch of damage. He pops up the fireball. Leann and the ranger engage in some dialogue, the ranger replies, "Not today." In a whisper that suggests he's conversing with someone other than Leann, maybe himself. He shouts as his gesticulates toward Sadie, "Kobayashi Maru!"
Round 4
The area surrounding the hellhound erupts in a wall of fire insulating the dog, immolating those within 10ft of it. 27 (half on save: DC 17 Dex).
[Will double check, and please correct, but I think it's Huarache, Sam, Echo and Cormac.]
<<Ooc: This is the result of the successful intimidation check>>
The boy Leann rescued, noting how events are unfolding, rushes into the East hallway, sticking close to the wall, trying not to get himself killed (again). He's surprisingly fast [90ft with Dash BA] and disappears down the East hallway in a flash.
"I think, good sirs, we must cut those wires, to finally quell these infernal fires." Etrigan suggests as he continues his barrage of blasts towards Sadie III
Huarache notices a number of silver wires connecting the ranger’s cloak and backpack.
Waiting on round 3 actions from Leann, Sam, Cormac and Etrigan.
Etrigan staggers at the impact of the crossbow bolt.

I´ll start with your hound."
Etrigan verbally retaliates againts the troll hearted ranger and unleashes two purple beams of crackling energy towards the hell hound.

Eldritch blast: 16 Damage: 6
(OOC: Anyone have any acid to take care of that ranger? Also, was there any attacks of opportunity on the ranger?)
Huarache took his aoo
For her opportunity strike, Leann casts green flame blade
To hit: 28 Damage: 10 and 1 fire.

Leann raises an eyebrow at the ranger as he taunts her. "You are not looking so good, sure you don't wish to just surrender?"

Nearest creature to Cormac is Huarache.
Nevermind. I just saw the DC was 8.
I saved so I can choose my target. Is the hell hound still up?
She is. I did mention, though, that the veritably indestructible guy presently engaging in dialogue in between throwing fireballs is pretty attached to her. Just ICYMI.
Ok so how many Dex saves did I need?
(OOC: One dex save for the breath and another one for the fireball, right?)
Remember you have +3 from Leann if you are within 10 feet of her, but hse has moved towards the ranger, so not sure if anyone is that close.
Leann shrugs. "You aren't going to win this fight." She informs the ranger. Etrigan suggests as he continues his barrage of blasts towards Sadie III
