Tetrevess initiative 17

Tetrevess sighs and looks at the stone slab, hearing the sounds of water rushing and skeletons stirring below.  “Our stones are down there.”.   Ana- can you use your tools to get this slab opened?  I have some spells that could help but I’d frankly rather save them”.

Gravity screams in pain and panic while observing her surrounding which is dimly lit in various shades of gray.

(Gravity dropped concentration on the spell automatically after receiving fall damage, still it depends on DM's rule.)

The web dissipates as Gravity loses co concentration upon falling in the well.As she gets to jer feet, the skeletons attack. (In their respective initiative order).

(Tetrevess is waiting until the sliding door over the pit is opened to cast a spell) 

<Did anyone try to open it? If nobody does anything about it, it's not going to open for an hour. >

Gravity fumbles with a crowbar while nervously chewing on her lower lip and attempts to put extra pressure on the outline of the door which might lead to the southern part of the pit. The action should tire her out since it requires her strength, but she seems to be getting physically enhanced by the act.

<There is no mechanism evident for thieves tools.  The o ly exposed surface that is part of the trap is the solid stone slab that seals the pit.  You could probably force something into the gap where it meets the wall of the pit.>

Gravity can't seem to get the door to open.  After a solid heave, she loosens the stone she us prying and it falls to the floor of the pit.  Behind it is a solid wall.

<several people have asked me about the gurallon's armband.  This is what the module says: "Phenex ... knows the command words that compel the girallon into service. I think the spell is already cast, so it is a magic item that casts dominate monster.  It does not require attunement, but the command word would not be known by any PCs at the moment.  They may surmise with no investigation or arcana checks that it works on a creature wearing the band.  @Legion4, if you meant some other ring, remind me of it - this is what I think you were referring to. "

Tetrevess sighs again and (perhaps futilely) attempts to push the stone slab back, prying with his staff, and assuming someone helps him.

With a creak and groan, the stone slab succumbs to the raw power of the scribes wizard's raw muscle power (edit: with (sic) 'someone's' help).  The door slides back into the open position.

Gravity remains in the pit with the skeletons.

((So we can now attack the skeletons right?))

As the stone moved back and Ana could see the enemies again, she took a shot at the nearest one twice.

Attack: 21 Damage: 9

Attack: 23 Damage: 7

Ana's first shot takes out a skeleton, the next hits another, but it continues to slash and claw at Gravity.
