The leprechaun pauses fkr a moment, hears his doppelganger's words and thinks for a moment. He stands tall and bows to Sam, with a strange smile on his face and one hand behind his back. (Where are the lizardfolk in relation to us? What were they disguised as, terrain? Can we tell if they were going to possibly attack us before the leprechaun hit them, or if they're on his side, or neutral?)
The Lizardfolk is Samogri, who cast Disguise Self to try and trick the leprechaun.
Huarache will use his action to fix his gun, and he succeeds (DC is 8+Misfire, which totals at 10; he has a +2 to DEX, +3 proficiency with Tinker's Tools, and expertise in tools, so minimum roll is 10, unless you rule Tinker's Tools as using INT, in which case it is 12).

Dorian's owl will fly through and distract the leprechaun, hoping to startle it into losing its balance, and negating the disadvantage on Dorian's attack by this help. Dorian will cast chill touch. Attack: 8 Damage: 5
If the tree trunk is within 25 feet, he'll try and move to it, otherwise he'll stay in the half cover of the boulders.
Samogri's fire bolt blasts th little guy to dust,(he only had 10 hit points) his treasure forever lost. The stolen spyglass rolls and tumbles through tje boughs of the tree landing on the soft moss, miraculously unharmed.
The arcane blast seems ro have effected the stone surface on which the wee fey stood, revealing runes once obscured (as it happens via a casting of stone shape).
If anyone speaks (reads, really) Infernal, you'd know the original text reads "Dead" (vyiv) where now it says "Destroy" (vywzrah). {I'm not making the other one since i don't think anyone is fluent, anyway and yiu already, somehow, figured out its a golem.}
With a violent tremble, the golem begins to writhe and strain against its woody bonds. The temple shakes as the structure starts to
If the owl is closest to the spyglass or the bag (whichever it is) then Dorian will instruct him to grab it and fly out, probably having the fastest speed. Dorian will use his Adjust Density feature to increase his own speed by ten feet to get out quicker.
Assuming everyone manages to not get hit by falling debris...
The hulking stone humanoid sets its sight in the aggressors who roused it from its ages-long slumber. Slowly raising its hands skyward, telegraphing its intent to slam those who stand before it.
Initiative: 9
Initiative for the party is the same as above, but again, since you're all cooperating, just post in any order.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Leann casts shield of faith and then draws her longsword. She strides ian and strikes at the golem... To hit: 10 Damage: 19 An additional 12 thunder if it moves before her next turn. She then steps back from the golem, moving 15 feet away from it, and giving the golem an opening to attack her as she does so.
The spyglass is on the ground, i guess it could get stepped on if you don't pick it up, but doing so is a free action, and you can do so at any time. You can just say you already did so as you moved away from the now ruined temple.
The clearing extends 120ft from the large tree at the center, which is now surrounded by rubble and the ruins of the temple. The central 30ft are rough terrain, with the golem and the party to the North edge of the rubble on normal terrain.

Dorian is going to try aiming an acid splash at the word on the golem, hoping that destroying the word might turn it off. (DC 15 DEX save).

Where is the spyglass right now? And pocketmouse, I think we settled on "Huarache had it on his belt; the bag is still with him."

get in front of Lenna and doge

Acid splash damage: 6
The golem takes a swing at Leann as she retreats (aoo). 12 for 13 bludgeoning (magical, for DR purposes)
*Ooc: that was a really bad to-hit roll.
Still waiting on Huarache's action.
I used my action to fix my gun. And since we can apparently say it, Huarache grabbed the spyglass and ran with the others.

Unless this was "It's your turn again; go ahead."

I just missed that gun repair was a whole action.
In that case, golem is up.
The Golem slams Sam and Leann, moving to do so it takes minor damage from the vibration started by Leann's strike.
