Randrak you note you have hold of a dwarf, a male of middling years by the looks of him. He is momentarily stunned by the traps and succumbs easily to your grapple. As the moments pass no other attackers enter and you start to feel there is something strangely familiar about this Dwarf. He struggles weakly against you and tries to speak but the words come out as gasps. You can feel that he is bleeding and from the spreading pool on the floor will soon be beyond aid.

Mercwri will hustle up to the figure entrapped and, lighting a candle, will check out whoever has arrived so suddenly.
"Well mate, ye stepped inta a good one now. Whattcha gotta say fer yerself?" As Mercwri notices the dire condition of their surprise visitor, he will render first aid such as he is able.
"We'll need 'im alive to answer questions, Randrak."

Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
Mercwri you raise the candle and you are shocked to see that the dwarf you have captured is none other than the High Shield Eldron Ironhand himself. His clothes are torn and bloodied and he was clearly wounded long before running into your own collection of traps and hazards. His beard is unkept and a fresh scar is healing above his right eye that looks in danger of becoming infected. The once proud Dwarf stinks worse than Grub and he is mouthing silent words as he tries to fight of unconsciousness.
As you peer down at Eldron, the inn keeper arrives at the door. "What has happened here?" he asks. "Shall I send word to your companions at the temple?"
Alanis, back at the Temple you make a study of the item left by your teacher. You have seen her study it many times and on the surface its nature seems clear, but there is more.. a sliver of alien magic interwoven with the telekinesis spell. You pull at the threads of the mystery and see some glimmer of a pattern in the magic. Some sort of command spell? Or a binding? Or both... you just can not tell and then it seems to slip away so suddenly that you doubt you saw anything at all. This will require further study but in the meantime it is perfectly functional as a ring of telekinesis.
"It is the who?" Randrak replies. "I'm not expert, but I do have some field experience with dealing with injuries. I don't have the appropriate tools. Let's see what we can use around here."
Randrak then begins looking around the room for scrap pieces of cloth and anything else that could be useful with treating the High Shields wounds.

“The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules.” ― Gary Gygax
Randrak you easily find some linen sheets that you cut down and bind the wounds of the High Shield. You do enough to stabilise him for now but he remains unconscious.
Alanis, Reggarn and Grub, you are awoken in the night by a a sweaty looking dwarf from the inn. He bods his head in apology for waking you and then stiffles a scream when he sees you Grub.
"I... I was sent to fetch you. Erm... trouble at the Gelded... the Gelded..." he seems unable to say the word goblin as his eyes are fixed on the one in the room.
"Go." Uldran urges the rest of you, "I will find Torvin and we will guard the egg here."
Alanis drowsily grabs as much of her stuff as she can in a moment’s notice (at the very least her bag and her alchemist’s supplies) and makes her way over to the inn as fast as possible with the others.
Grub doesn't have much yet (Treating it as only having background equipment until he can commission someone to purchase the rest of his gear) so he puts on his heavy cloak and tries to hide his face and hands he then recalls a trick one of Big Lugz goons used to use and casts disguise self on himself to look like a gnome
Reggarn looks a little shocked by Grubs change of appearance but gives a little smirk. "A wise choice my new friend." Reggarn will grab his pack and then follow Alanis and Grub.
“Well, a healer I am not so, Randrak, why don’t you wake the Innkeep, making sure he ‘understands’ the need for discretion, see if he has any simples, um, healing herbs or whatever, and have him send a wench or someone to get a healer, from the temple perhaps, wherever the nearest is.” Mercwri looks hard at Randrak, “Even if he has to go himself, and if he speaks of this to anyone. . .” Mercwri’s expression takes on a sharp coldness that most folk would recoil from instinctively. “I’ll come back and ‘have tea’ with him some dark night, when he is sleeping soundly. While yer gone, I’ll see to the High Shield as best I can.”
Making the High Shield as comfortable as possible, Mercwri will collect his caltrops and spike.
(I would imagine you would all be speaking Dwarvish for the most part)
Randrak, before you have chance to go fetch aid Reggarn and Alanis arrive with Grub in tow. It would appear that the inn keep was on the ball in dealing with this night time disturbance and had already sent for help.
Reggarn, Alanis and Grub, you all arrive to see Randrak in the doorway and Mercwri on the ground huddled over the form of an unconscious dwarf.

Hearing the urgency in Mercwri's voice, Randrak quickly lets his captive go, still not yet recognising who it is.

“It’s the High Shield, Randrak, we must keep him alive!” Mercwri says tensely. Do you have any healings? Or skill at healing?”

(I speak Goblin so I am fine talking to him in that)
(Mostly just trying to blend in, so he'll stick to common)
Randrak turns to Mercwri, "What do you think? Do you think that will be enough?"
