OOC: neither you or Uldran specified where you are. Sounds like where ever you are Hitticus popped in and left again. If you let me know where you are I’ll tell you who is there lol. I’d just presumed you were in your rooms.
OOC: (Sorry I think I mixed things up I had imagined a common room with bunks, nothing in my brain caught the fact that they were rooms with be walls and doors.)
A. Stairs up to Captains Quarters B. Ships stores, where Vorus the Quartermaster works C. Steps up to the man deck, and directly beneath, steps down to the crew deck (Hitticus and Freak are currently down there) D. The cargo bay E. Cabin for Uldran and Macwri (Randrak and Uldran are in here chatting so makes sense that Hitticus might pop his head in on the way past) F. Cabin for Hitticus G. Cabin or Torvin and Randrak H. Freaks Cabin I. Cabin for Salvas (Salvas and Torvin are currently in here)
Any questions fire away. Also I will add the crew deck later today.
"Ok, let's TALK to the captain. From what I have seen Salvas is the only thing making this ship move so if there is conflict we may end up stranded or sinking into the ocean. I don't relish either of those options."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"We're not looking to start a fight, we're just looking for answers," Randrak replies. "This crew has taken us in and has possibly saved us from death. However, there are fates worse than death. There's a reason why this ship's name is familiar to me if only I could remember what that is."

“The secret we should never let the gamemasters know is that they don't need any rules.” ― Gary Gygax
Randrak There has always been rivalry and mistrust between the High Rock military and the mercenary forces, especially the Stoneship fleet. There is no real reason for it other than professional snobbery but as a Stoneborn soldier you would not see it that way. The top brass would like to see all martial powers under their control. You would see them as undisciplined and maybe dangerous. Being on the ship has brought a few things to mind. You remember that the Firehook has a reputation for charging into danger and ignoring military authority. You also recall that their Captain was once an elite member of the Baldenvelt state guard.
Randrak clicks his fingers, "That's it, Captain Blackfire, I remember now! She used to part of the state guard, then she became captain of the Firehook, this ship. Unfortunately, she has no longer has any regard for authority or procedures. Captain Blackfire charges this ship into danger, she endangers her crew regularly and they have no discipline."

"We shall," Randrak gets up and leaves the cabin. Then he makes the walk across the cargo hold to stairs up to the captain's quarters. Without knocking he enters into the cabin.

“Good lad.” Torg takes the bucket with a nod of satisfaction. “That’ll teach the buggers for nibbling holes in me boots. Ha!” He rumages around in his pocket and flips you a gold piece with a wink.
Just then you hear raised voices from the deck above. It sounds like the quartermaster is yelling after someone. “By the fire, what now.” grumbles Torg as he makes his way up the stairs.
Following about 5-10 ft back from Randrak. Making sure to try to keep him in sight. going to cast resistance on myself out of habit when I feel a little uneasy.
Randrak you flinch back as a hand axe sinks deep into the door frame near you right ear. Standing in the open doorway you see the Captain stepping out of a steaming bathtub. She is completely naked and as mad as hell.
”The next one won’t miss Stoneborn, now tell me what in the name of Moridins wrinkled nut sack you are doing in my cabin!?”
You hear the quartermaster and Uldran climbing the stairs behind you and the sound of others entering the stores below in response to the commotion.
Uldran the quartermaster places a hand on your shoulder, “What is this madness lad? Does the fool seek to bed her or the like?” You arrive in time to see the axe thud into the doorframe and here Blackfires angry words. Quartermaster Voros stands between you and Randrak looking mightily confused.
Hitticus and Freak you climb the stairs with Torg listening to the commotion above. “Sounds like one of yours has kicked the hornets nest.” Torg comments as you arrive in the now empty store room.

OOC: I presumed I was just sitting in my room after eating breakfast. Then I have people just popping in and out, pretty rude really.

OOC: I'm joking, but I think we have different ideas of what the below deck areas are like.

Randrak you march past the quartermaster Voros and pay him no heed as he calls after you, “Morning lad and... hey where are ye going? Hey!”
You open the door without knocking. Give me a Dex check.
OOC: Uldran what are you doing at this point?

Once the bucket is filled, or he can't see any more rats, Freak goes back to Torg with a wide satisfied smile to present his catch.

Freak carefully puts the coin in a pocket, like the precious thing it probably is, and follows Torg. "More goblins?"
(sorry must have missed it.) Hitticus will nod to Freak as she follows out.
"Probably those magic hating moles we've been sidled with." Hitticus says in a huff.
