Toni cracks her knuckles, “are we trying to recruit as well, or just taking loot and ships?”

"Recruitment'd be good, although I don't know how loyal people we recruit from a raid would be," Dani says thoughtfully.

The pirate cruiser is able to defeat the freighter ship and catches it in its' tractor beam. With the two ships linked together, both of them are sitting ducks, which allows you to jump in and catch the both of them by surprise. The opposing pirates are unable to defend themselves, as they're in the middle of moving prisoners and loot over to their ship. You see that three pirates are struggling to carry a large inert robot over to their ship.

ixi: The crew that you're part of was able to overtake a freighter vessel and get past their defenses without problem. Before long, you had managed to pull them in with your tractor beam at which point your captain led the raid over the overwhelmed defenders. It looked like you were gonna get paid today, until another pirate crew caught you all with your pants down in a trap of their own.

Dani leaps into battle with her gauntlets buzzing with electricity and sparks. She glares around. "Everyone put your weapons and stuff down, or you're getting a fire bolt through the chest!"

“What she said!” Gin pipes in cheerfully, then suddenly remembers she needs to be threatening, and puts on her best angry/intimidating face that she could! 

There's the sound of a zipper being zipped paired the jingling of a belt buckle. The man would clear his throat, slowly raise his hands in the air over his head and turn around. "I put my weapon away." Eyes a little wide in surprise, but a smirk tugged at his lips.

Toni will do a double take, “Who are you, and why was your pants off?” She will puff out her chest to try and seem as intimidating as possible.

Dani rolls her eyes. "Oh good, a smartass." Her eyes light up as they land on the robot. "Oooh." She refocuses on the taks at hand. "COME ON, EVERYONE ELSE TOO. ON THE GROUND."

“You want that on the ground too?” The man grins, bending his legs to take a seat. He’d crane his neck in curiosity towards the robot being carried. “Ouu. That’s cooler though.”

Toni will continue to stand there looking over the scene, still getting used to looking commanding. She’ll glance over at Gin, sending a telepathic message, “An I looking scary enough?”

Seeing one of the men on board the ship zip up their pants gets a giggle out of Gin, and what ever intimidating look she had on her face faded away. Her eyes are then drawn from him to the pirates trying to lug away a poor robot, her wings fluttering with interest.

Though when Toni speaks to her telepathically, she is snapped back to attention and looks to her sister with an encouraging grin and two thumbs up. Oh yeah, super scary, sis!! You’re doing awesome! She drops her hands and returns to trying to be scary too!

Toni nods, then goes over to examine the robot, “Wgat are you carrying, here?” She asks the people who had been dragging the warforged.

The other pirates put down their guns, because even if Gin and Toni are being more silly than scary, they're still pointing guns at them. The imprisoned freighter crew are wondering what's going on, unsure if they're being liberated or not.

Dani goes about collecting everybody's weapons and not bothering to clear up the situation for the freighter crew. After all, she's not the captain. She then goes over to the robot and starts examining it closely because dude, robots.

The man resisted the urge to jest to the woman collecting weapons. His eyes would watch the group carefully and with curiosity. He was well outnumbered and out gunned.

The robot remains deactivated, yet seems damaged too, at least on the surface. Despite this damage and clear worn surface, anyone with a sharp eye, would be able to tell that the machine was a high-quality combat model. Its heavy plates that protected its base skeleton, and core also spoke to its defenses.

Toni nods at Dani, realizing after an awkward amount of time that everyone was either looking at her or waiting for her to talk, she clears her throat, 

“AHEM....Sup? We are the crew of the..” she leans over to Dani and says under her breath but not particularly softly, “What was the name of our ship again? Oh! Yeah.” She straightens back up and continues her show of bravado, sending a telepathic message to Gin to “start playing me in with the bags.” “We are the crew of the Reclaimer. We are kind of a big deal, the hottest new pirate crew to sail the stars. We’ve fought Akata, some other weird space monsters, we’ve met with the leader of Tidestar Rock, and spit in the face of that pirate captain who totally kidnapped us.” She looks to each face of new people and also her own crew, “We’re so not down with kidnapping so here’s the deal. We’re pretty ******* rad fighters, and really have no qualms with killing you all, but we’ve lost some people to the dangers we’ve already faced, and we were hoping to eventually get enough ships and crew members to take over a certain space station not to be named yet, SO...” at this she pulls out her drums, head turned down, as she starts building a solid beat alongside her sister’s hype bagpipe. It’s soft at first but picks up volume as she looks back up into the faces of the crew of both ships they just boarded, “Join us, and we’ll amass a dope crew and make sure you all have plenty of cash and adventures, as ping as you listen to us, we can promise you will have an amazing time, and we’ll even, like respect you and shit, and pay you...” she turns unexpectedly to her party members, “right? We can do that?”

Dani starts examining the damage to the robot, pulling out her tools and doing some work on it. When Toni asks her question, she looks up briefly. "Yep. As long as they behave." She gives the wrench a final turn, a fair amount of the damage on the robot restored (CW for 9 hp to roboboy if he's actually down hp). Then she gives the robot a tap. "Hey, wake up."

Once again, Gin’s face of intimidation had been replaced with interest when Dani approaching the deactivated robot. “Ooh, is there an ‘on’ button on ‘em?” She wonders aloud.

The Lashunta is then shaken back to attention when she is given the telepathic queue to start playing her pipes. She is quick to do so, hoping to help her sister look and sound sick as ****.

Performance: 29

While working on the machine, Dani would quickly realize that the robot wasn't that damaged, and he was simply out of juice. A quick jolt from her repairs, and a new battery, and the sound of powering up would begin. A loud whir would be heard as various electronics and sub-systems powered on, followed by a flash of blue light as its optical visor activated. A moment later, Dani would see a stream of lasers scan her body and face as a series of beeps activated. Soon after, a clear mechanical voice would be heard,

[SYSTEMS ONLINE. SCANNING...SCAN COMPLETE. NEW ORGANIC SIGNATURE DETECTED. FILES SHOW-ERROR-FILES DAMAGED. PROTOCOL ANALYSIS. SEARCHING...PROTOCOL INITIATED. NEW OWNERSHIP ATTRIBUTED. NAME PLEASE.]

The lasers have stopped moving but stayed tracked on Dani, as they watch her. The robot itself has yet to move.
