Quiller does not find any traps on the door. When it is opened, a small tunnel is revealed. The portion of the tunnel that is visible to the party is barely big enough for a goblin to crawl through it, and, it would be a very tight fit for any of the characters to enter.
"Well I'm not going in there just to get my head lopped off when it pokes out the other side. So as far as I'm concerned this little venture has about run it's course. Time seal off this little slice of paradise and go check on our employers. Besides who knows what kind of mischief is going on up there while we play hidesy findsy down here. Besides it smells down here."
Quin gives a nonchalant shrug and heads back out through passages and out to freshnair
Once back up in the fresh air Quin closes his eyes and tilts his head back as he inhales deeply. The night air fills his lungs helping the young thief to clear his mind. He exhales heavily and his shoulders shudder a bit as he tries to shake off the feeling of being cramped up in small tunnels. When the others emerge from the hatch they find him sitting upon the overturned wagon.
"burn the wagon and ensure the wreckage falls into the hole. it will take time for the goblins to use such an exit, and by that point the guard will be there to rid the world of that nest.""
"I have some torches, and can still cast burning hands once more. Burning everything down is maybe not such a bad idea. I will have Balthazar take a look at that crown, just in case. Quiller, I would ask of you to show him the earrings, and especially the disk, aswell. He is a wizard after all, and might end up noticing something peculiar about them. I find the accursed goblins building such a base of their own devices unlikely, and feel like we should check up on this as much as we can."
As the party gathers around the wagon, they find that the wood is still wet from the recent rains. Eventually, a fire begins to take on the wood of the wagon. At the same time, the party members begin to feel drops of rain falling on them, but, the rain is fairly light and doesn't hinder their attempts to light a fire. Gradually, the fire starts to spread, but, then the rain begins to increase in intensity. The fire though appears to have taken hold beyond the ability of the rain to put out. As the party stands there watching the wagon burn, the rain gradually increases in intensity.
“Good idea,” Quiller say, handing the silver earring and multi-coloured stone to Bathazar. “What can you tell of these, Balthazar? Be the more than they seem?”

"My goodness. I hope whoever had these before won't miss them. It's been pretty quiet up here, in case you were wondering. I think whatever you were doing below caught their attention."
Balthazar will ritually cast identify as needed on the proffered objects.
By around midnight the rains have turned to a torrential downpour. Returning to the campsite at this point, you see Budeim, Tin, and Balthazar sitting under a crudely fashioned tent consisting of a tarp tied off to the side of the wagon. The tarp is tied to the farside of the wagon, thus, protecting the hay, but also providing some cover for travelers with the tarp extending seven feet beyond the edge of the wagon. A small fire is burning on the edge of the tarp, far enough in to protect it from the rain, but, close enough to the edge so that the party is not coughing from the smoke.
As the sight of the group, Tin grabs a pot and holds it up, saying "We have some hot coffee here for you. Are the beasts below handled?"
Upon being handled the items recovered from down below, Balthazar is unable to identify any magical properties in them, but, does notice some crudely carved lettering in the wooden crown. He is unable to read the lettering, but, upon passing the crown around to the rest of the group, Quiller recognizes the writing as goblin, with the crown stating "Property of King Hergok the Great"

If Quiller didn't bag the crown, then Lorgar will take it and put it into his backpack before joining the group by the secret door.
Lukas stands by, while Quiller (i think), defuses the door and disarms any traps on it.
Quiller does not find any traps on the door. When it is opened, a small tunnel is revealed. The portion of the tunnel that is visible to the party is barely big enough for a goblin to crawl through it, and, it would be a very tight fit for any of the characters to enter.
Lorgar places the wooden crown in his backpack.
“Oh, dragon excrement! This is just getting better and better,” Quiller is vexed to say the least.
”What if we holler into the tunnel, ‘come out, come out where ever you are’ or we’ll collapse the way back!”

(Would this imply that the party is returning to the wagons?)
(i'm ok with that)
"we seal this. and warn the guardsmen when we enter the village." Lukas commands.

"Well any suggestions on how to close this off?"

"burn the wagon and ensure the wreckage falls into the hole. it will take time for the goblins to use such an exit, and by that point the guard will be there to rid the world of that nest.""
Quin nods in agreement.
With a wink and a grin he says, "I like it! Anybody else?"

"then it is settled. Burn this place, and seal it up!" He lights a torch and goes about with the work.
"Everybody keep a keen eye in case stragglers find a secondary exit."
Quin yells out.
