Darn, I reset too much. Anakis is a third level Bard of Lore. A Social Engineer more than a frontline combattant.
In speech she will appear not particularly reliable, but when it matters she is. She will not betray or abandon her group (known quantities if any), but she is not particularly brave in the planning stage.
@Bouces - Thank you. I LOVE having all of the character submissions in one thread, it helps so that I don't miss one by accident!
@Spielt - I'd prefer one submission per player, to keep it fair.
That said, I will be looking at party balance for the group (So yeah, if there are 5 Warlock's submitted, more than likely only 1 is getting in, that kind of thing). But I'm not tied to the "traditional" fighter/thief/cleric/wizard party composition.
Michael Teller was born the son of a strict mother and rolling stone father. He learned never to stop in the relentless pursuit of simple goals because that's all a man could hope for a in a life of dirt poverty. He learned to play the trumpet, and played his horn as often as he could. As he grew older, however, his skills were less and less profitable. He still lived at his ma's house, and he frequented the bar as often as the bank. His friends remember him fondly, as a gnome who took no lip from human, dwarf, orc, or otherwise. The law remembers him as a frequent menace who would get violently drunk and beat people with bat-like objects. Mickey has sure been arrested once or twice, and he's really trying to turn his life around. He's volunteered for this position in the hopes that he can offer some assistance, or die valiantly.
I'll throw in a character concept. Might not be so much a core book, but it's an option available on the site and something I'd like to try, and hopefully could fit into your campaign world.
Backstory: The youngest daughter of Lord Markus Delisse, an advisor and courtier to the Duke of Daris, Varen was raised and educated amongst the nobility of Daris. Unlike most girls her age and status, she was also taught archery and fencing by her father. On her fifteenth birthday, her father revealed the reasons of her unorthodox upbringing - her family's birthright was not just a minor fortified holding on the borderlands. They were the descendants of great hunters of evil, and the most capable of the family would partake in a sacred rite, the secrets of which are only known by those who have undertaken it. Learning to sacrifice some of their own essence, the members of the secretive Order of the Silver Knife have fought against the Blight since it came to be, and have worked in the shadows against the Kings of Eln where they can. When the call came, the now twenty-year old young noblewoman has answered, wanting to prove herself truly worthy of her family's heritage.
Thank you all, for the multitude of applications and interest in the game! You've made this a difficult process, and I decided to expand the party from 4 to 5 PC's...so yeah, thank you all again.

Good luck, everyone ;)
@Shaenteo - that's no problem :) I figured that would be the case, but thought I'd ask.
Sounds like fun!
