Yes Hifu, you can see Gilgin, but to disengage you need to either use your action (warhammer attack) or bonusaction+ki (kick). Also the red area on the map is difficult terrain, so you won‘t get very close. What do you do?
The moose heavily injured shouts something in the strange language, before it fakes an attack but then actually retreats and moves away. (disengage)
From within the black orb of darkness you can hear the druid chant a spell and suddenly the air all around you cools down and moisture condensates into a thick fog. The moisture freezes in midair but magically more fog appears filling the air with an odd mix of fog and fine snowflakes. You can barely see the hand in front of your eyes.
You hear a female voice giggle , but the fog makes it hard to pinpoint a direction (roll perception as free action if you want to try) : „May Aurils grace embrace you for what you did to my sister...“
The giggle turns into a mad cackling as the voice seams to be moving away.
Hifu uses a free action to shout loud in the direction of the druid creepy voice "Who is your sister? I don't understand, we didn't mean it, please, what do you mean?" As soon as that is done, I run in the direction of James and Gilgin, specifically to Gilgin, who can hopefully heal. Movement of 40, will dash to get there if needed. If I reach them, I will try to stabilize Gilgin. Under my breath I mutter "Damn GIles, why didn't he give me that healing potion."
Nyx looks back out from the igloo and seeing nothing (dangerous) she moves back to where she was earlier, trying to see if anyone is still alive. If she finds someone she'll try to stabilize them: medicine check: 16

After seeing the moose run away the fog blinds Kravek. He then hears Hifu's shouts but cannot help. Instead of going towards the group he moves forward after the moose for about 15/20 ft hoping to get some vision again.
If he sees the moose he would drop his hammer and throw one of his handaxes after it.
Movement: 20ft after where the moose was running (assuming towards the top of the map). If vision returns and he sees the moose: Free action: drop warhammer at his feet Action: Throw a handaxe to the moose Attack: 23 Damage: 9
Meanwhile the orc might still see (not sure how far he got, im guesing somewhere on the difficult terrain). He will continue in the direction of the druid as quickly as he can and should be able to reach his own darkness globe from which he can still see.
In case his magical vision allowed him to keep an eye on the druid or he sees the druid again as he moves he will use his darts to attack it as he moves closer. Throwing them in rapid succession. Having his orders the orc will not look back.

Kravek, you follow the moose, but you loose trek of it and you got the feeling it is moving faster then you and getting away. It takes the orc another six seconds before he stumbles out of the fog, the edge between fog and clear air is like cut with a knife, circling in a long arc around the battlefield. Unfortunately , the Orc doesn‘t see anything moving at all in the darkness of the night. When he slowly returns to you, to avoid stumbling over underwood or running into a tree in the thick fog, he reports that the fog continues for around 120 ft to your east. The fog is so thick, that you need to move slowly to avoid accidents and you can only find each other by following your voices. You do manage to stop the bleeding injuries of James and Gilgin. What do you do next?
You don‘t see or hear anything from the moose or the druid for the moment.
Hifu, hearing no response from the druid, bends down to Gilgin, sees if he's awake. "How do we heal you? Do you have any way to heal yourself, and James? He is down as well. I want to track that Moose and that stupid little druid, probably mad that the loggers here are cutting down his precious little trees. I'd like to shove a good sharp tree branch right up his arse. Wake up Gilgin!" As soon as the fog clears, I want to look for tracks....

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Stabilised by Nyx' excellent ministrations, Jamesis looking a little better then moments before, but you can see a look of pain on his unconscious face and occasionally he lets out a quiet moan.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
One other action that Hifu wants to do is search for Boga, both to see if it is possible he could still be alive and also to see if he has anything that could help, a healing potion or anything else.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Even after several minutes, the fog is still there. Because of the temperature it creates a thin layer of fresh powdery snow as time goes on. James and Gilgin are unconscious for the moment. Let‘s say you move them into the shelter for the now. It looks like they will need several (2) hours to recover consciousness.
It takes you a minute to find Bogas remains in the fog and under the ice and you don‘t detect any puls on him.

Hifu drags Boga's body back to the igloo and searches him for anything to help, healing potion, etc. If nothing is found, will pull Gilgin and James together and throw a blanket over them, then head back out to join Kravek, looking for tracks, hunting toward the east where the little bastard druid came from.
Hifu strikes at the Moose again, with his war hammer and unarmed attack with a kick.
Warhammer attack : 23. Damage. : 8
Kick : 18. Damage : 6
Do I see Gilgin go down? If so, I will disengage again to run over to him, shouting “Gilgiiiiiii!”

Falling facefirst to the ground, the sound of Gilgin’s deep breaths is stifle, as you hear him choke on the fine powdered snow.
