Hifu you don‘t hear anything, but you see that the tunnel circles righ and declines downwards, most likely leading to the wooden structure you saw in the shaft further down.
James, as you turn towards Kravek and your prisoner, you stumble over your own feet a rather unintimidating display.

Hifu meditates, prepares to do battle with the kobolds that may be counterattacking, readies an action to throw a javelin at the first kobold head he sees. He goes through a ritual stretching routine in preparation.
