”Egress? Terrible, I think it’s time I showed you the door.” A blue door drops before Lyss. “Your serious friend was on to something. Just a few words off.”
(Was Cico not still holding the thieves tools? I don’t recall them being returned.)
(Good question on thieves tools. In my head I just assumed Lyss took them back but - kids being kids - but there wasn’t anything clear in the posts so Cico can still be holding them - or whatever creature who just stole them can be holding them).
Having managed to grab a few things, the little cleaners with giant heads and feet try to make their getaway. Cico is the only one with fast enough reactions to act before they make it out the door. He sees one pulling Kerri's prize out of a little portal in the wall and another has just taken Lyss's tools from his very own possession.
Initiative Order
1 - Cico - Reception, has just been relieved of Lyss's Thieves tools
2 - Boggles - Making their escape
3 - Everyone else (Post at will after boggles, Descriptions of location and situation below )
Lyss -Statue room - As you keep a hold of you bow a Blue door stands before you, will you take your chance at an exit?
Kerri - Statue Room A sticky hand has just taken your prize, sure you didn't really want it at first ,but now you have been robbed. Looking through the portal you can see the reception room. But Lyss is doing something, what is that blue door in front of her?
Aldrik - Doorway between Reception and Statue - You've fought off two grabby hands trying to get at your family blades. You await a reply from the Statue as your sword presses itself into your chest, trembling..... is that.... a hug?
Edvord - You just manage to keep a hold of your book, a facinating portal before you. What is it and how are they able to make it? (Feel free to make an Arcana check to identify the thieves/cleaners and their portals)
Aimee - You hear a voice in your head Ask him.... the answer should be power. I can help you. When have I ever let you down?
Lyss would have been swatting away the grabby hands, and is proud of riddling up an egress, but doesn't trust that it does what she wants... And Kerri'd be mad if she didn't wait...

Cico looks at these odd little creatures with an expression of puzzled curiosity when they first appear. When one of them snatches Lyss's tools from Cico he reacts without thinking, throwing a waist high jab to knock the boggle off balance and then Cico sweeps his leg around, all hoping a couple of quick taps will convince them to return the tools.
The little creature ducks below Cico’s jab only to take the full force of his sweep. It retreats, winded but managing a breathless chattering cackle as it holds the tools up in it’s sticky stubby hand. As it makes it’s way out the door Cico was planning to investigate the others follow, leaving an oozy puddle before the doorway as the doorway.
In the statue room, all of the portals close up before you.
If Lyss can get to the grabby hands, she'll shoot at one of them.
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
((If she can do so from stealth, she'll hide first, otherwise dash if she needs the extra movement. Hide: 25, advantage attack if needed: 26, Sneak attack if applicable: 2))
Edvord yells to the group, "Try not to step in the goo, you could slip or be stuck."
The mage draws a dagger and begins to pursue the fleeing thieves, jumping over the puddle of goo. He will use dash to cover 80 feet if necessary. If 40 feet is sufficient he will booming blade the nearest thief.
While passing the slower Aldrik, Edvord mutters to Aldrick, "I have misplaced dad's rapier. If you have it, sheathed it and keep it safe."

Aimee doesn't chase, leisurely following the rest, but will shoot if she has a shot! She'll stop at the goo and take a big step over it if possible otherwise she'll hop.

Aimee tilts her head as the voice again. She responds to it at normal volume while her eyes dart around to catch all the action,
"Really it would depend on which voice you are whether or not you've let me down!"
Insight on the voice: 12
((As that 12 isn't going to change anything, let's do this. I am guessing right after the boggles do their thing.))
Aimee shrugs mentally and calls to the blue statue person,
"Blue statue thing! One of my head voices said that the answer to your riddle is power!"
