“Of course,” Ploopploopeen says. “If you wish, you may stay out on the water away from Sloobludop at the risk of running into a fishing party, or we can guide you to a place hidden from Bloppblippodd and her followers inside of Sloobludop.”
Voyage looks across the Darklake and sighs reluctantly. "I think...going into town would be better. It would be best if we do not draw undue attention to ourselves prior to our...performance." Voyage hefts her bottle in her hand. "And these supplies you've promised us? You can have them delivered to this place? I could use a shortsword, along with what the others want. And afterward we do your task," she stares at the archpriest hard. "A boat and a guide to wherever we wish?"
Thodek sighs, "Voyage, if you wanted a sword, I could have made you one any time. I did keep asking everyone if they need anything. Once we're somewhere safe, I can make one for you. Anyone else need anything?"
Voyage blinks. "By Procan's beard, Thodek -- all of this is new to me. Escaping the Underdark, being chased by Drow. Bloody magical rock that makes you go mental -- its been a bit much. My apologies if I missed it, but yeah, a sword would be good, mate. Much appreciated."
Her eyes harden as she looks at the Archpriest. "Let's get to this safe location of yours. We got a lot to talk about before we're offered up as some sort of blood sacrifice, I guess."
Ploopploopeen gives a nod, as he motions to the Kuo Toa behind him to begin paddling. He also signals your boat to follow before slowly moving through the water towards Sloobludop.
Your boast slowly make their way towards the small village of Sloobludop. Although it didn’t look like much from afar, as you get closer, this town built into the side of this large cavern has many small huts and homes that you can see smoke billowing up from.
Ploopploopeen leads the party over to a secluding area of the docks, on the outskirts of the small village and you see him give a nod to two Kuo-Toa who stand nearby as they nod in return and begin to walk off.
With the help of a few Kuo Toa from Ploopploopeen’s boat, you are able to secure yours to the dock using some sort of reedy rope-like material before Ploopploopeen and the rest of his group step onto the solid ground of the village.
“You should be safe here,” he says. “Most Kuo Toa in these parts are followers of the Sea Mother, and have been alerted that you are not a threat. We will return for you in the morning and tell Bloppblippodd you were a lucky find during the morning fishing expedition. Is there anything else you wish to know or need?” Ploopploopeen asks.
I have attached a picture of Sloobludop to the resource doc, but other than that, What would you like to do?
"I concur. A full night's rest and a meal are the only things I require before performing the task required of us. We can discuss other supplies for our journey when the deed is done."
Once they're settled in, Thodek prepares his ceremony to craft a weapon for Voyage, "You said a short sword right? Not a scimitar or rapier or anything?"
(He'll use Channel Divinity: Artisan's Blessing to craft whichever, just let me know which one so I mark off the right value from his collection of gold bars.)
Syvis regards Thodek for a long moment then quietly asks, "At some point before we leave this place, I would request a rather simple item, if it fall within your purview and if you find the inclination to oblige. Well, more accurately, it's a lot of very small, rather simple items. I have interesting ideas for uses of miniature, round balls of metal. If I were to have a bag full of them at my disposal I'm sure it would prove quite useful. Although, I'm not sure of the limits of your talents or if it would be worth your time and effort."
Ploopploopen nods at this request before relaying it in Undercommon to the Kuo Toa near him. They all quickly leave, and sure enough after about an hour, two Kuo Toa return with food for everyone. It is mostly fish supplemented by some sort of edible fungi and reed-like vegetables, but is the first warm-ish meal you have had in awhile.
If the party is willing, the two Kuo Toa can lead to the party to a small home about the size of the original slave pen on the outskirts of the village to rest, but are also perfectly fine with allowing the party to stay and sleep on the boat (They assure you it is perfectly safe). Other than that, the night goes by without issue, and unless anyone has RP, planning, or actions to do before tomorrow, we are good to move on.
Voyage nods. "Aye, a short sword is all I require. My thanks, Thodek." She looks at the others, then says softly. "Thank you all for your aid. It has been a trying few weeks, but we are very close, I can sense it. We just need to survive this...family squabble tomorrow and we can be on our way."
She looks to the twins, Derendil, Jimjar, and Stool. "I anticipate Shushaar remaining here, but what plans do the rest of you have? Do you wish to return to your homes or do you plan on traveling to the surface with the rest of us -- assuming you desire to go to the surface, Thodek? It seems as though your home holds no special place for you."
Nicholas would settle in, glad to finally be able to get some proper rest after the ordeals they had been through so far. Hearing Voyage's question he sits up and leans forward, eager to hear the answers as well.

Thodek considers the question for a moment before nodding uncertainly, “I’ve no reason to stay, and perhaps this is where Moradin has led me on purpose, so yes, I will travel with you to the surface.”
Jimjar puts a hand on each shoulder of Topsy and Turvy. “Hopefully we can get these two safely back to Blindgenstone, and I guess I would like to go there as well,” he says. “Other than that, I believe we need to find our way to Neverlight Grove for Stool as well.”
Stool gives a small nod at the sound of his home before Derendil speaks. “At some point I would like to return to the surface. Hopefully I can find someone with the ability to break this dastardly curse of mine. Until then, I plan to stick with this group,” he says with a smile as he looks around at the ragtag group.
Rian gives a chuckle at these words. “I cannot return to the surface. There are those above ground who would like to kill me just as much as Ilvara most likely does. Besides, I continues to have visions... of horrible.. foul things in the Underdark. I cannot leave with good conscious until I have rid the world of whatever this entity is,” he says determinedly.
“There are people above ground I need to see as well,“ Cailean says quietly. “I’m not sure how they fared against the after I was kidnapped, and I long to know if they are safe.”
"I feel it more pressing to return Stool to the safety of his home before the rest of us move on. Is there any objection to traveling to Neverlight Grove once we finish our business in this place?" Syvis looks around the group for confirmation or dissent.
Nicholas would nod at Cailean's words, "Aye it is the same for me. My family is still above ground and I had good friends with me when we were attacked by the drow. I did not see them when we were imprisoned and can only hope the escaped. I too need to find out if they are safe."
