Thodek raises his shield, though keeps his weapon by his side for the moment, "Hold there, please. I'm sorry. But I grew up there, mysterious cures such as you speak of, are as likely as getting water from stone. Either tell us the truth, or I'm afraid we must leave you here on your own. As we've said, there is no room in this company for those whom we cannot trust completely."
At the acceptance of her story, Vistra looks to each of you with a smile. “Thank you,” she says. Vistra then begins to move towards the boat, but at the sound of Thodek’s words, stops dead in her tracks. ”Wh...why! Why mus my own kin— my own brethren be most suspicious of me. All I have shown is honesty, what is wrong?” She asks as tears begin to trickle down her face.
Vistra begins to sob. “My brother did not explain much of the cure, I am sorry. I cannot give more specifics as I was not told these same specifics. I swear I have told you only the truth of what I know.”
Syvis takes a deep breath, steeling herself. "I am sorry, Vistra, but unless all in our group are satisfied and certain of their safety, we cannot bring you with us. I would prefer not to leave someone stranded and helpless but it appears as if you are not being entirely forthright with us. I fear you may not be entirely as you seem. Your hands, for instance, do not feel as they should from the look of them and, while it may be the strange effects of the cavern, your voice has a strange quality to it that I cannot quite place. It's almost as if you speak with two voices." She tries to gauge the duergar's reaction. "We do not wish you harm, whether at our hand or at that of anything else roaming these tunnels, but we must do away with pretense and deception before we can move on."
“I have told you already! I promise I have told you the truth. Only the truth as it is only what I know!” Vistra says, falling to her knees. “Please! I cannot live like this anymore. Please help me, please extend your hospitality!” She pleads.
As Syvis describes the gist of the conversation, Voyage nods vigorously. "A sailor can recognize a bad omen well enough. Leave 'er some food and let's move on. " She pulls her bottle from one of her pouch so it's at hand, and she looks to the others. "The folks who know the Underdark are spooked Nicholas. That's enough for me."
Thodek waits to enter the boat last, ensuring she does not follow, "I am sorry lady, may Moradin take mercy on you, but it is too great a risk for us in these troubled times."
Vistra stays sobbing on her knees, watching each of your board the boat. She puts her head in her hands and gives a loud shriek.
As Thodek begins to turn, her head raises, this time, rage in her eyes. Vistra lunges towards Thodek as the disguise finally drops. In front of you stands a hunched green woman with long tangled hair and grimy claws. “You die for that!” She screeches with a grim smirk. “Agatha will feast on your blood tonight!”
Most of the party stands on the boat (5-10 feet from the hag) except for Thodek who stands at the edge of the boat in front of Vistra who still stands on the small sandy inlet.
Both Jimjar and Cailean will back up as far as possible from the fight, the kids behind them. That group is now about 20 feet away, standing at the back of the boat. Jimjar and Cailean are both ready to attack Vistra if she comes within 5 feet of Stool and the twins.
Derendil, seeing that up close to the hag is relatively cluttered, will stay where he is about 10 feet from her, and will ready a claw attack if Vistra makes it within melee range.
Thodek pivots around Vistra before casting enlarge/reduce and growing to twice his size!
Vistra turns to this spectacle growling “So you do have tricks?” With a chuckle. “So do I!” Suddenly, her greenish form vanishes. She gives another chuckle and laugh that seem to reverberate through the entire cavern, giving you no idea where she actually might be.
Thodek may make an attack of opportunity with disadvantage if he would like, but other than that, the hags turn is over. She has moved and is invisible, so any attacks are made with disadvantage.
Voyage, Nicholas, Syvis, and Thodek may now all take turns. (Thodek can go ahead and post round 2 actions if you would like since the order allows it, it just will be processed last)
Syvis slinks off the back of the boat into the water as quietly as possible, hoping to use Thodek's newly-revealed power as a distraction, and attempts to hide.
Stealth: 17
Swimming carefully to avoid ripples, she comes around the side of the boat only to find no hag in sight! She raises her crossbow, ready to fire as soon as she sees the enemy.
Not having found a reason beyond a mere suspicion to leave the woman to die alone, Syvis begins moving to help Vistra into the boat.

Still suspicious but finding no flaw in her words, Nicholas would move to make way for the woman to board the boat.
