Happy with how quietly he made it across to the entrance, Qinfaren arrives with a broad smile on his face. He looks back to see if the others are following then he turns to the Shad and the main doors. He looks for any windows or cracks he could look through to try and see what's on the other side. He also presses his ear against the doors, listening for any sounds.
"Goats?" Qinfaren whispers to Shad and Arogna. "Hmm."
Keeping his voice low as he can, thankful that the Pass Without Trace spell is still in effect, since his voice can only go so quiet, he continues.
"If this is someone's home, maybe we should knock first. Just walking in is bound to put anyone in a bad temper. But if it's a hideout for bad types, then we'd be giving our advantage away."
He looks around at their position.
"Maybe one of us knocks while the others hide to the sides?"

As much as Muharg tries to recall his lessons, the sheer sight of such a fortress of his kin and how desolate it seems, make him unable to bring any details to his mind.
Seeing the others moving gingerly towards Shad he tries his best to be quiet as he follows along, but his piece of armour and being lost in his thoughts don’t let him be the most silent of the lot. However, thanks to Qinfaren’s magic he doesn’t make too much noise.
”Are those goats? Let’s see what’s going on in here.” He nods at Qinfaren’s suggestion of knocking before entering. He waits for his friends to be hidden before adjusting his belt and slamming the door with his gauntlet.
OOC: Not sure why the rolls got messed up, I though that only happened when you edit the thing before the rolls.

(OOC - I've seen it happen more and more now with any edit after a roll - almost need to do a separate post for the rolls and then another for the role play after)
Qinfaren moves to the side as Muharg squares off in front of the door. He does his best to hide his large frame in the shadows and cover provided by the drifts of snow cleared to the side. While doing so he holds his staff at the ready.
Arogna does her best, attempting to blend into the rock wall while holding her axe ready. Her face is quite crag-like and grey-toned, so it is not a bad effort.
Muharg bangs on the door with his gauntlet, the sound echoes through the fortress. Then there's the sound of yelling can be heard coming from inside the fortress. This is quickly followed by someone yelling from the stone bunker behind you.
Suddenly, a whistling sound can be heard coming up from behind you, then a crossbow bolt pierces the doors to main entrance, close to where Muharg is standing.
Then there is a sound of a chain being pulled just inside the main entrance with the sound of wood groaning.

Muharg startles a bit from the crossbow bolt landing so close to him, but he quickly recomposes himself, and holds his hand in the air. “Not here to cause any trouble! Heard a fellow dwarven community is having a hard time and came to offer some aid.”
He pauses for a second, then adds in Dwarvish. “May our honour not be soiled!”
Seeing they had been attacked or at least threatened, Bjorn raises his bow and takes aim at the door ready to fire should any hostile creature come through the door to attack them.

The doors to the main entrance do not open. However, the sound of wood groaning and the pulling of chains has stopped.
There is no response to Muharg neither in common nor dwarfish. Qinfaren manages to see a shadow moving around in the stone bunker that you had managed to sneak past.
A moment later, another whistling sound can be heard coming from the direction of the bunker, and you see movement heading towards Muharg. Another bolt embeds itself in the door, this time much closer to Muharg.

"Get out of here!" Arogna shouts. "They ain't listenin'!" She takes off running towards the side of the bunker, axe raised, looking to see if there is a way to get inside it.
As far as Murharg can tell, they are dwarven made, or at least made with similar techniques.
Arogna is the first to make it to the bunker, but when she gets there she realises that there is no way into the bunker from outside. Muharg is the second person to make it to the bunker and confirms that there is no way in from outside.
(If anyone one wants to look inside, roll for Wisdom (Perception).)

Having seen Shad approach the main doors without detection, Qinfaren approaches the main entrance by following the same route.
