Even heavier than usual boot-steps on the stairs signal Arogna's arrival. She scowls towards the bartender. "'S too early. I said not too early. Ow. [An orcish curse]." Her eyes are so red you might wonder if the wererat got in a bite on her. She orders bacon, but seems to have little enthusiasm even for that.
Shad is up early. He is a light sleeper. He stretches and carefully ignores the Cat Lord in order to gain their favor. Eventually, he puts one coat on and then the second and heads downstairs, hoping for knucklehead trout.
Stretching as he makes his way down the stairs, Bjorn stifles a yawn. Finding Arogna and Shad, the goliath would walk over and take a seat ordering a warm meal from the bartender as he does.

Muharg wakes up and gets ready for the day, makes sure his belt is properly adjusted and heads down to meet the rest of the group. “Good morning everyone! How was you night?”
He then orders some breakfast and joins the others at the table.
On a cold morning like this, a hot breakfast of cooked meats would be just the thing to cheer you up. Unfortunately, the only thing to be found at Green Hall, this far north, is warm grool.

Arogna frowns at the bowl when it arrives. "This ain't food for a morning after." But she starts eating it anyway. "We gotta go to the armory, right? Then back to the ship. 'Spect I'll feel better by then."
Shad stares at the bowl of grey grool. He stirs it with a spoon. Stares some more. Stirs some more, hoping to magically make it appealing. "Nope," he says. "Not working." He scratches at an armpit. "Let's go. Maybe the blacksmith has tasty food."
He'll stand and assume the others are ready and head toward the door, if they are.
Bjorn would start eating the warm grool and finish it quickly. Food in the harsh north was often hard to come by and should not be wasted. This was the lesson drilled into every tribe member by the elders from a young again. Standing once he has finished, he makes his way to the door to join the others, "Yes. I will need to make a stop by the smith. The armor should be ready by now. Although I doubt they will have food of any kind there."

Qinfaren quickly drains the grool in one gulp. Seeing Shad isn't going to touch his, he quickly swallows down all of that bowl too. Big men can't be too picky when it comes to food. Fuel the body or it breaks down quickly. He then follows the others outside.
As they walk to the smith, Shad watches for vendors or other places he could purchase a tasty breakfast. He is especially interested in the trying Knuckelhead trout. He is also interested in the people here and how they live in the cold. He'll ask the smith or a vendor about summer. "When does the weather get warmer?" he will say.
Entering the smithy, Bjorn would walk up to the counter and look for the smith he had spoken to the day before, "Good morning. I am here to collect my set armour. Is it ready?"

"Nice looking armor, Bjorn!" Shad says. "Shiny! Is there tailoring involved in this sort of thing? Fitting it to you, specifically?"
Shad will smile. "So," he says, "When you're looking for a good breakfast, where do you eat? Any place close by? Also, the days are so sort and the cold is so deep. When will the days be longer? How far away is summer?"
Bjorn swaps his current armor for the new shiny one and places his old armor on the counter, "Would you be willing to buy a slightly used set of scale mail armor?"
He would then turn to the rest of his companions, "I'm pretty much done here. We should be able to return to the ship."

Qinfaren looks over at Shad "I think we have several more to deliver. We picked up three ourselves and the original list had more customers than that. I don't know if anyone else has made other deliveries while we've been out, but I think we have at least one more to make, possibly more."
He rubs his hands together in anticipation of stepping back out into the cold.
"Back to the ship then," he says, then notices the state Arogna is in. He looks in his herbalism kit but sighs at the meager contents inside. "I wish we could find some fresh herbs here. I could try mixing you a remedy that gets used after our solstice celebrations. But I don't imagine this ice and snow will allow that. Some fresh air might help."

After finishing eating you cross over the path to the smithy, travelling through the bitter cold once more.

Without saying a word the smith turns around grabs the prepared set of armour and places it down in front of Bjorn.

OOC: What kind of armour is it? I know I was asking/hoping for Half Plate, but I'm not sure if you would allow that.

Arogna nods, but carefully, so as not to worsen her headache. "I gotta say, that looks real smart."
"Yes, the ship," Shad says. "Do we have another package to deliver after that? The ship is heading farther north?"
