Shariel leaps from her boat and immediately launching arrows at the leader. Her mind presses the assault, sending the arrow like an artillery bolt through the room.

In case Kiellie's check was to recognize Bluto, the memory of him is hazy, but she pieces together who he is by a combination of recalling the stories about a convicted knight and the comments Boresh made about him earlier.
Shariel's arrow punches clean through Bluto's armor. The knight winces in pain at the well placed shot. He glares at the high elf, but remains focused on his barbarian opponent.
The disgraced knight attacks Boresh and hits for 8 HP.

Riya draws her mace and shield, watching several of the others make their attacks. She purses her lips in brief concentration before uttering a soft sigh. "The hand of righteousness spurns you, lawless ones..." she states in a tone suggesting she was entirely unconvinced by her words. In spite of that, the holy symbol around her neck began to glow, and her flame-like radiance formed above her. As she pointed her mace toward the group of Bluto's fighters, so too went her Sacred Flame.
They have to make a DC14 Dex saving throw or take 12 damage.
Magic items—especially magic items that belong to other people, or might be dangerous and explode or something, I dunno—should be treated with respect. Like by not smashing them against the floor and maybe chipping the paint, for example. But Whelm is, after all, a warhammer, and warhammers are made for smashing, and that crowd of lackeys bumbling around behind this (now very sparkly) Bluto guy look like they're about ready to eat some dirt. And who is Tellan Bladeseeker to keep an artifact from doing what it was clearly (definitely clearly, she knows these things, she is an expert) meant to do?
Tell grins and slams the warhammer straight onto the ground, which shudders violently upon impact...
OOC: Eh, why not? Gonna try for Whelm's shockwave effect to stun some of these lackeys, positioning myself to hit as many of the fighters as I can (within 60ft) and ideally none of my allies. Going by the description you posted I need to use my spell save DC, which is 14 (the given description doesn't say what type of save, but the 5e version of Whelm says it's a Con save, so presumably that?).
So DC 14 Con save or some of the fighters are stunned, hopefully!
Three out of four bats bite their targets. Two of the fighters are fatally engulfed in Riya's sacred flame. Four of the six remaining fighters are stunned by Whelm. The two unharmed fighters rush Tellan, each attacking once. Both swings miss or are blocked by Tellan's armor.
Begin round 2.
Initiative list:
1. Boresh
2. Golem
3. Kiellie
4. Shariel
5. Bluto
6. Kevash
7. Riya
8. Tellan
9. The Fighters (4 stunned, 2 not)

"How quickly the tables have turned, eh, Bluto?" Boresh taunts the disgraced knight before delivering what he aims to be a knockout blow. He attacks wildly, forgoing accuracy for damage and hoping to end the fight in a single blow.
Attack:14 Damage: 24
If Bluto is dropped to 0 HP:
Boresh will opt to deal a non-fatal blow as per the rules under "Knocking a Creature Out" so that the party may claim the bounty on Bluto's capture later on.
Additionally, using Great Weapon Master, Boresh will make an additional attack using his Bonus Action against the nearest remaining stunned opponent, again opting to take the -5 to hit penalty in favor of a +10 damage bonus:
Attack: 21 Damage: 28
If Bluto is still standing:
Boresh hunkers down for the next volley of attacks.
Bluto's broadsword connects with Boresh's axe causing a metallic clash to sound throughout the room. Boresh follows up with a second attack. Bluto attempts to deflect it, but the swing is too fast, slamming into the knight's armor for 17 hp.

Seeing how quickly the lackies fell, Shariel directs her attention toward them and fires another projectile.
(Attack: 15. Damage: 4. Btw, Sacred Flame is a single-target cantrip only.)
(EDIT: Question regarding the below becaude I've seen it ruled different ways. Are we doing s straight double damage for a crit or an extra damage die?)

I'm going to suppose Shariel's critical arrow does double damage. The perfectly placed shot shoots clean through two of the stunned fighters, killing them. Leaving four left. Enraged by the assault on his men, Bluto disengages from Boresh and swings at Shariel hitting for 14 hp.

Riya huffs as she watches the battle proceed, appearing almost bored with the proceedings. She lazily hoists up her mace, managing to rush into the fray of fighters with an entirely placid expression upon her features, swinging it down upon one of them.
Attack: 12 Damage if hit: 4
Following her attack, her attention would shift toward another one of the fighters, rolling her eyes as she spoke. "You will suffer by his Loyal Fury." Once more, her holy symbol began to glow, a great spectral spear coming to form above her. Of course, it would not remain there long, instead hurtling toward the chest of the fighter she was focusing on.
EDIT: Well, hopefully the second one hits... Also probably should have waited for Kevash's attacks to be responded to, but I figure he probably didn't down all the fighters.
History 11
Kiellie jumps out of the boat and pulls out her rapier and attacks the closest fighter to her. Attack 21 if Hit 6
Kiellie's attack hits the fighter. Is the history check to recognize Bluto?

OOC: I'm going to go ahead and make my post for after Bluto has his turn
Kevash will have his bats continue to harry the fighters. Kevash will also continue to provide covering fire (see what I did there?)
Bat1: Attack: 17 Damage: 3
Bat2: Attack: 18 Damage: 4
Bat3: Attack: 19 Damage: 6
Bat4: Attack: 21 Damage: 3
Kevash will use Produce Flame: Attack: 12 Damage: 15
Edit: Forgot to add in advantage for Kevash's attack.
Advantage Roll: 23 (keeping the same damage from before)
