The king has his gross bone headdress, but the only other thing that seems of possible note to Samael and Trinjya is the pelt he had draped around his shoulders like a cloak. At first you took it for wolf, but the fur's a bit darker and shorter. From the shape of the attached head skin... it was likely a mastiff or other large dog, and there are still gobbets of meat clinging to the underside.

Trinjya would ritual cast detect magic to make sure King Corpse does not have valuable magic items hidden at places she does not want to extend her search to.
Later, she will share her last slot of rations with the group.
Morn supplies some rations for the evening's meal. He then offers to study and try to identify one of the magic objects we've found (either the urn or the mace), though failing to have the required materials to cast identify he has to rely on simply studying the object closely rather than magically determining its properties.
Well, it'd have to be fairly small to fit inside the urn... but things of all sizes can be enchanted.
((There'd seemed to be some hesitancy earlier, so just wanted to give you a chance to confirm that you're opening the urn and checking out the contents.))

((Well, Morn expressed interest in checking one of the other out, and I think it's in his pack at the moment, so I'll give them a chance to chime in with whether they're popping the urn open, getting help from Samael, etc.))

Morn hands the urn to Samael, who seems very keen to see what's in there!
Samael, you pull free the lid and spill free some gunked up coins that match the description of what Frankie was reportedly in town spending, some gems and precious stones, a small ivory statue of a man with a sword, a silvery ring with blue stones set in it, and an ornate metal comb.
((Does Trinjya hand the mace over to Morn, or allow him to grab it from her pack? I'm not doing anything nefarious here, just don't want me or other characters taking things out of other character's current possession. Bad form and all that.))
Trinjya will reluctantly hand over the mace. She does noz like to part with valuable stuff.
"Noz much to find out about it, it's a mace and it is magic and under the wrong circumstances, you can burn your fingers quite well, touching it. But if you hope to learn more...."
Trinjya would also be close to Samael when the urn is oped because after all she is who found it. She would also have detect magic running while we open it.
Trinjya feels a moment of apprehension right before she touches the mace, but without the flames licking up it, she feels no pain, and when she hands it to Morn, neither does he. It would seem that killing the king and ending his attunement ended that aspect of the mace. Morn studies it a bit, and while he thinks that he'd have been able to come to the same conclusions on his own; that it's magical and requires attunement, he's not able to add much more to their understanding than what Trinjya deduced previously.
Trinjya, you get your detect magic fired up and peer over Samael's shoulder as he rummages through the urn's contents.

Horatio will take second watch, and is also agreeable to staying up through an additional watch to keep vigil on Frankie.
8 investigation.
Samael has hauled the corpse, let's see the salvage.
(third watch)
Trinjya is splattered by what is left of the frog king.
"Eew, was that really nescessary Morn?"
She rams her rapier back onto its sheath and casts [spell]prestidigitation[/roll] to get as much of it out of her clothes and hair as possible.
Then she will quickly rummage thru the corps of the king to see if he has something else worth picking up.

She takes whatever she finds and makes her way towards the dry road.

No other magic items among the remains or where the remains fell in the water. Just the mace and urn (well, whatever's in the urn).
((Who's providing the other slot of rations?))

Morn spends some time during the party's rest to inspect the mace closely, turning it over, looking at it from different angles.
