Shade relays that he saw a few small creatures moving around the docks before jumping into the water in the thick fog but no one seems to be following you.
As you make your way to Candle lane, the somehow foggy and drizzly atmosphere gets even darker. The tall building on either side of the road block any sunlight except at high noon. If you didnt know any better you would think it was nearly night time..
Gloom envelops a narrow alley as dark as a dungeon — and as odorous as one, too. Nearly all the streetlamps have been smashed. The only light that pierces the darkness is a faint flickering from down the lane, like a distant candle.
when you walk down the lane you notice that all of the lamps have had their glass broken out and the candles stolen. The flickering lamp illuminating the door of the warehouse is badly battered but somehow still burning.. illuminating a black winged snake symbol painted on the door.
Misha casually takes off her coat, folds it, and places it neatly on the ground. Once again pushing a button on her left armbrace, in a moment she is encased in her form fitting armor with a sword and shield. She carefully, quietly, checks the door to see if it's locked, or can gently push it open.
As Misha examines the door she determines that it is locked.
As Shade circles the building, The raven reports back that the two story warehouse appears to only have 3 entrances. the front door, a painted over window, and a large shipping dock door.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Getting some approval from the group, Jorah claps his scaley hands together, before pulling out his tools. With those bits in hand, he quietly rushes over to the window and attempts to unlock it and open it.
Jorah has no problem at all picking the lock on the window. With a small tug he is able to pull it open far enough to allow Marla's familiar to squeeze inside.
(OOC: Is the bird being stealthy or just looking like a bird that somehow got stuck inside the warehouse? If it is being stealthy, roll me a stealth check please)
For Marla
Regardless of if the bird is being stealthy, Shade sees four kenku walking around looting the corpses of 12 dead men inside
The kenku spot the raven fluttering around and a few of them caw at it loudly before continuing to loot the corpses in the room. One of the kenku seems interested as to where it came from and starts heading towards the unlocked window.
‘We need to get inside *now* - 4 or more Kenku, at least a dozen bodies... Something is going down, and we need to see if Floon has gotten mixed up in it...’Marla says urgently
"No problem, ya? Eef someone could open door, thet would be excellent."Misha said. "Ees been a long time seence crawl through weendow, and Misha would prefer to not to besh door down to let everyone know: HELLO! MISHA EES HERE!" she smiled.
As Misha and Flowers assault the door, it quickly crashes inwards and falls to the ground. Those that step inside notice tables and chairs have been carelessly tossed across the floor. The corpses of a dozen men lie along the walls, their rapiers and daggers lying nearby. On the north side of the area, stairs rise to an open level above. There are indications of anyone alive still in the warehouse when you enter through southern most door.
anyone with PP16 can hear a bit of movement back in the northern part of the warehouse.

Marla asks Shade to take a look through any windows... (Is is a single-story, or multi-story warehouse?)

Jorah perks up when Marla details the window entrance, "I canz sneak in and see what is inside~ Come back and speak who or what is here."
"It's worth a shot."
