Brencharis will hold her action till she sees Velshir moving towards a zombie, and then will use her bonus action to aim, and then shoot it before he gets in range of the ash spray so he doesn't set it off himself.
Joshua, remembering the ash burst occurs when each is first hit, makes quick use of his early initiative and rushes to the western kitchen window, peering through the arrow slit with his elven eyes targeting each of the AshZombies with a magic missile doing 5 to the first, 3 to the second and 4 to the third each giving out a harmless puff of ash before any of the others can get close enough to be affected by it. Wild Surge roll 13 Percentile (just in case) 51
@Brencharis- sorry to spoil your move to set off the Ash Puff, but had to pick the best possible move I saw for Joshua to be fair. Checking to see if you still wish to use advantage on your roll? Will still make good use of the sneak attack. Or I could consider readied to keep sneak attack triggering once within 5' of Velshir and allowing you to use your movement (steady aim requires no movement for that turn).
Kallen, out of visual of the AshZombies and limited by her human sight, slips through the doorway just before Velshir and against the west wall inside using the light from the eastern window to target the AshZombie nearest it with a sacred flame doing 5 of radiant damage unless the AshZombie makes a Dex Save vs DC 13.
AshZombie3 save attempt 6 . Failing this, the AshZombie takes the hit, snarling and targeting the cleric for its attack.

Velshir will try to take one down before moving on to the next target. He should have enough movability to hit 2nd target with 2nd attack if 1st goes down. So target 1-2-3 in order.
Frustrated at being unable to unleash his deadly attack in such confined quarters filled with friendlies, Prentiss swings at the nearest ash zombie with his daggers (will switch targets if the first attack gets a kill)

Velshirstrides forward as the AshZombie staggers and smashes at it with his mace dealing a deadly blow. Or is it? Undead Fortitude vs DC 12 9
...and it is. AshZombie1 crumples to the ground finally at rest. He moves swiftly toward AshZombie2 through the mostly dispersed ash unharmed by it kicking out hard snapping its shoulder dealing a significant blow but this one is not yet severely injured.
The AshZombie3 behind it moves at Velshir as the monk moves conveniently close enough for it to reach now and attacks by trying to slam into him. Attack: 17 Damage: 2
Prentiss seeing the Zombie connect with Velshir despite his swiftness, attempts to add him with two quick dagger strikes to the same leaving it looking badly damaged. The AshZombie2 just attacked by Velshir retaliates for the broken shoulder and moves at Velshir too. Attack: 12 Damage: 4
and that one connects too

Joshua, taking careful aim with a fire bolt points and launches a flash of fire in the direction of the most wounded (AshZombie3). Attack: 10 Damage: 5 of fire damage.

As the sizzling and bubbling ceases, the zombie holds its position upright.
Kallen targets the same and flips a shining coining into the air and it shoots off towards the Zombie. The Zombie finds itself the target of the radiant missile and attempts to move out of its way. Dex Save Vs DC 13 12
and fails crumpling to the ground at rest.
Brencharis, presently out of visual of the second and only remaining visible AshZombie may now take her turn.
Brencharismoves forward, slicing out the creature's midsection nearly completely and it wobbles, trying to remain standing with its innards missing.

and somehow manages to do it, looking almost content. The smile is quickly knocked off his face with a fast blow from Velshir's mace and it staggers again...

Now that the battle has died down, you hear commotion from both the north and south doors leading from the room into other chambers. Scuffling, jerky and clumsy coming from both.
No enemies remain standing in the room you are in. Joshua joins the group in the room and Kallen moves forward to join the others. Prentissalready with Velshir in the eastern portion of the chamber.
Prentissapproaches the door and hears several figures moving around behind it. He grasps the latch and opens the door swinging it into the northern room. The room holds two bunk beds and three more AshZombies. The room dimensions are 10x20, with it only being 10 feet to a door that lines up with the outside one on the north side of the building and the rest stretching west.
