Olwer still crouched in the foliage, calls out in mock seriousness "Iork, Prince of Pig-stealers, Bandit King of the Threepenny Woods, how can we stand before you? We are no fierce waist-high farmers hefting hayforks to stab at your tender rump, nor yet their fiercer wives bearing pudding pans to crash against your knees. But you'd best flee, Iork, before the Little People arrive!''
The bard unsheathes his sword and waits, still behind cover. Iork may not see him yet, perhaps, but he's heard him.
He telepathically commands Fez to fly over by Olwer and whisper (in Erevan's voice) "Erevan has turned invisible, he's heading this way." Via Fez, he listens for any response from Olwer.
Move to creep through woods Action: Using Familiar to communicate
Erevan moves carefully through the brush, mindful to not snap twigs or step in piles of leaves. Iork’s attention is drawn to the magically enchanted words of his partner coming out of the brush.
Iork’s wisdom save: 13
The words anger him, but not magically so. Trying to keep his eyes on the brush around him, he slinks to one of his sleeping friends, not the giggling one, and tries to wake him, slapping him about the face.
”Hey, wake up.”
”ughhh, what’s going on?”
”Some kind of bewitchment. Wake up, get up.”
The other one gets to his feet, shaking his head clear of the fog that had invaded it.
Your turns again. Do you like seeing opponent rolls or should I keep it “behind the screen?”
The air shimmers about 10 feet away from Olwer and Erevan appears (presumably still appearing as a half-orc) trying to use cover as best he can while maintaining line of sight. A split-second later, he quietly hisses a word in the Sylvan tongue and a bolt of sickly green light springs from his hand, streaking right at his assailant.
Attack, Eldritch Blast: 21 Damage (Force): 10
OOC: Erevan moves but stops about 10 feet away so they are not totally bunched together. He then fires an eldritch blast right at Iork. Range is 120, so should be good.
Iork sees the menacing orc reappear in a different spot, and he is struck by the green light and grunts in pain. His wakened companion promptly falls back asleep. At this point Iork shows the first crack in his resolve. He stands up and holds his weapons up in the air in a nonthreatening way and says, "Mercy; I yield. Please, I am simply trying to protect my men. We have no quarrel with you."

Olwer, still lurking in the brush, calls out
''Drop those blades, step clear of the others, and stand still and keep quiet. Do that and nobody has to die over a roast porker. I'll even see if I can heal your injured man. Nik, is it? No delays--Decide now!"

1st post combat round:
Olwer casts disguise self, taking on the look of a sly-looking half-orc dressed in dirty brown robes lined with rat fur.
If combat doesn't restart:
He calls out to (wholly imaginary) allies in the bushes and trees,
"Keep me covered, guys!"
deception, if needed

He then casts healing word on Erevan.
To Erevan, via messagecantrip if the half-orc isn't very close.
"Can you please see to disarming them before they wake, making sure the mage doesn't cause us any problems?"
If Iork remains quiet and still and shows no signs of treachery, Olwer advances warily to Nik and checks the man after removing any weapons from reach, tossing them into the bushes. Does he think a simple healing spell will help? Any visible injuries? If so, he casts healing wordagain.

Erevan thanks Olwer for the healing magic. Then, he moves in just a few steps behind Olwer, looking about the clearing to take stock of the enemy.
"You pretty good with those blades," he says to Iork. "Or maybe just lucky." He glares at the man, although he's feeling a little bit better thanks to Olwer's healing. He gathers up the man's weapons while Olwer deals with Nik. He will look to disarm the sleeping men as well, keeping an eye out for any particularly dangerous looking weapons, wands, or anything like that.
Olwer says, "Keep me covered, guys!", heals Erevan, messages him, and emerges looking like a half-orc. He warily approaches Iork and Nik, and feels that no treachery is planned. When he gets to Nik, however, a quick examination reveals that Nik is pretty bad off.
Please make a medicine check for examining Nik before you decide to cast a heal spell on him.

Yup. I switched to an at will cantrip to mess with Iork.
OOC: How is visibility/line of sight where we are? Erevan would like to move far away but keep decent line of sight on Iork.
The camp is in a thicket, you’ll have to creep through the bushes laterally to keep him in sight, if you back away then the bushes will obscure him.
To do this move I’ll ask for stealth with advantage, and investigation
Erevan creeps toward Olwer's position, remaining invisible.

Erevan goes before Olwer (init of 6), right?
Maybe Iork's hit points were reduced enough for sleep to affect him! Fingers crossed.

Olwer isn't lying about his intentions, so a persuasion roll?

Iork drops his weapons and backs up to stand by Nik. Your demands align with his desires, so he accepts the terms.
"You have obvious magical powers. Perhaps you can save Nik. We would be very grateful."
