It is deja vu all over again as Erevan casts Invisibility upon himself, attempting to disappear before Iork can sink his blades into him. After going invisible will attempt to move to the northeast, out of immediate weapon range.
Cast Invisibility on self, move back to the square that is two to the east of the "N" on the map you provided.
((Rules question as I plan here - If Erevan orders Fez to take an attack action, would he lose invisibility as if he himself had attacked?))

Erevan commands Fez to shoot Iork with his short bow and then flit away into the trees.
Sprite Attack w/Short Bow 19 On hit, 1 HP piercing damage and Iork must make DC 10 Con save or be poisoned for 1 minute. If the save is 5 or less he goes unconscious for 1 minute.
Hmm I'm not sure, it seems difficult to understand how Fez can miss, I guess it's more of an issue of how long it takes him to ready his bow, take aim, and hit a part of Iork's exposed flesh as he moves about. Roll again! Iork is talking to Rourke, who is kinda befuddled from the sleep spell.
Erevan quietly moves into the edge of the woods and silently casts a spell. Suddenly, just past the entrance to the clearing, there is the sound of someone crashing through the woods, twigs snapping, followed by a loud voice. "Get the hells outta here, you thieving scum! I'll slit your damn throats!"
Casting: Minor Illusion to try to draw Iork away before he wakes others or does much of anything else. Presumably Erevan stays invisible. The illusion will keep making some racket in the meantime. (Duration 1 minute.)
Iork stops what he’s doing and turns around, glaring suspiciously into the woods. You feel like your effect won’t last very long, he’s getting more and more accustomed to your tricks.

Erevan holds his position and sends a telepathic command to Fez, instructing him to take up a position directly opposite Erevan, in the trees, and to remain invisible. Then, he calls upon the odd powers of the Archfey to speak through his familiar. ((Erevan can speak through his familiar with his voice, per Pact of the Chain.))
"We mean you no harm!" Fez says in Erevan's voice. "We have not attacked you, only defended ourselves! Leave our wounded companion be and we'll take him and be on our way."
The wheels are spinning in Erevan's head as he tries to piece together the things he has heard the man say--the spot being cursed, continued interruptions, one of their number dying "again." He pauses for a moment then adds: "Again, no harm meant, but do you find that time is strange in this place?"
Iork is looking in Fez’s direction. He slowly shifts around as though carefully and unobtrusively looking for the source of the voice.
“Dont make me laugh! I know it’s your foul sorcery that has caused us to relive this horrible day. I’ll not let your companion go. I need information from him, and I’ll get it, or he’ll get a swift death!”
Erevan instructs Fez to flit a short distance away from where he just was--ten feet or so--and to stick to the treetops. He speaks again in Erevan's voice.
"Please, good sir," he says. "We are also reliving a day, a day in which we lost one of our own as well. You are right, there is some horrible curse to this place. Believe me, we are no more responsible for it than you are. Please, let our other companion tend to our man. She will see to yours as well. Please, she is a kind but simple girl, a mute who has no desire in life except to help others. May I send her into the campsite? Swear you'll do her no harm and perhaps she can help your wounded man as well! On my honor, we will not attack you with spell or sword!"
Erevan crosses his invisible fingers, hoping the gambit may work, and prepares to cast Disguise Self on himself, appearing to be a simple but somewhat pretty human woman in a peasant dress, strawberry blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail, freckled face, kind eyes...he slowly moves through the trees, trying to circle around close to the entrance to the clearing, also trying to be mindful of where he recalls the traps to have been the previous day.

Speaking through Fez, Erevan says "Agreed. But you should know too that our man has some healing skills as well. Both of them working together will be able to do more. But she will see if she can help Nik first."
With that, now in human female magical disguise, Erevan steps into the clearing. The woman looks shy and a little scared. She curtsies in Iork's direction then looks about for the injured man. Erevan then goes over to Nik and kneels down beside him. He takes a look at the man, trying to figure out what is wrong, though he has little training in such things. He will see if he can tell whether the man is dying or note.
You are not able to add more knowledge from what you already learned from Olwer yesterday. Nik appears to be gravely wounded and is dying a slow, painful death.
Iork says, “Well? Can you help him?”

Olwer falls before Iork's onslaught.
I see Erevan’s higher roll. Unfortunately, I don’t think any amount of sleep spells are going to effect Iork.
Don’t worry Olwer, Iork has only knocked you unconscious! (You are stable) (no I’m not pulling punches)
OOC
Coolios. It looks as if Erevan will have to defeat Iork the Unhinged on his own.

RAW I’m not sure, let’s say “nah” for now

((Let me know about timing of additional actions; I'm thinking he might not even know that Fez fired with that big miss!))
