Now invisible, Erevan scoots about 20 feet away from the fallen Iork, lines up a shot on the flame-hurling wizard and fires an eldritch blast at him before reappearing.

Is Sephi within range of Olwer's sleep spell? And is he surrounded by fairgoers or has he moved apart from them? If possible, Olwer will hit him with sleep once he's clear of the crowd.
Using movement allowance to keep in range and sight, if he can.
Sephi drops to the ground, asleep at the tent entrance. Rourke had made good his escape and Iork appears to be dead. A bad burnt smell is coming from him. For the moment the Faire-goers are cheering but there’s a note of hesitancy in the noise, as if many of the attendees are unsure of what’s going on or what happens next.
Erevan breaths a sigh of relief as Olwer's healing spell sets in. "Thank you Olwer. I needed that."
Erevan glances around to see if there are any fires burning or other present dangers. If not, he'll go search the fallen men, working to bind the mage while Iork cools off. He'll check to see what they might have been carrying.
As he works, he looks to Olwer and thinks about the bandits (or whatever they are) and their idea to destroy the pudding. "You know Olwer, if there weren't any pudding, maybe there couldn't be a pudding king..."

''Maybe not. It will be destroyed when we all eat it, though, surely? Hey, don't forget to confiscate any money these bandits have--surely stolen from honest folk. We can then spend some of it rewarding the good folk here for their help with ale. Those hurled apples and pies and such likely saved us worse harm."

Olwer suggests giving the modest haul to whoever owns the tent, for repairs.
While Erevan binds Sephi, Olwer holds a blade over the mage's throat.
If Sephi comes to while being bound, or after he's been bound and has wakened, Olwer makes certain the man understands that Olwer will run him through should he attempt to to use magic.

(It's not a bluff. If Sephi casts a spell or otherwise does something hostile beyond nasty language, Olwer will attack him with the rapier.)
It's morning time. You've gone to the great tent for breakfast. The party was crashed by Iork and his gang. Iork is slain, his man has escaped, and Sephi the mage is captured.
Sephi just laughs and laughs when he comes around. He makes no attempts to do anything suspicious. He's definitely a few cards short of a full deck.

Once Sephi has been secured, bound and gagged and divested of anything that looks like it could be magical paraphernalia, Olwer tells Erevan (in Elvish),
"There might be a reward for this lot. But I think a bounty is the least of our concerns, I suggest we hand him over to whatever passes for the law around here and set our minds to other helping Patcher Moldwarp 'dine on pudding.' One way or another, I think that's how we break this curse. I still don't know if it means we help him win the contest of Yondalla's Luck, or just that he has to eat part of the Great Pudding."
Olwer will 'investigate' the damage done to the huge pudding by Sephi's conjured flames, and surreptitiously shave off part the burned portion and some of the good stuff besides, wrapping the morsel in cloth.

He will then order some griddle cakes, smaller puddings if any are available, ale if available, etc. Enough for three. And he will buy or borrow a covered picnic basket if one is to be had.
When he's done, he asks Erevan if he still wants to go for the 'walk in the woods' Erevan suggested before the fracas in the Big Tent.
Fez locates the gnome stalking about the faire, tripping passersby, snatching morsels and trinkets from vendors, shouting obscenities randomly. Currently he's at the performance platform, where he is viciously heckling a stand-up comedian.

If Erevan has no objections, Olwer will proceed that way.
Upon arrival, he chuckle a bit at the act and the heckling both, and then sidles toward Patcher. If the gnome doesn't do anything too hostile, he will say,
"Master Moldwarp, I thought you'd be interested to know we just defeated a crazed brigand and his men who were trying to destroy the Great Pudding. But , like I said, we flattened them. No prize, no contest, or do I have that all mixed up? We've been thinking and talking about how to satisfy your conditions so that the curse can end...If you became Pudding King, everyone would have to pay you the respect you're due, right?"
He does his best to convey by body language and tone of voice an attitude of respect and fear. That latter may not be too hard, as he is frightened for real.
((I'll edit/delete my post if Erevan still wants to go to the woods, or otherwise has a different plan. But my assumption was that we were headed to the trees to look for Patcher Moldwarp))
Erevan stands close by as Olwer speaks, nodding his head in agreement and also doing his best to look properly respectful. While he has trafficked with the Archfey, he also can't help but be a little fearful--and more than a little curious--about interacting with a god (even if it is a wee gnomish one).
"Yes Master Moldwarp, my comrade and I have certainly determined that your interests and our interests align and it would be our pleasure to help you end this foul curse," Erevan says, hoping his words will add to Olwer's persuasive argument.
((Will use Help on Persuasion to give Olwer advantage, although he may not need it with that roll!))

((Yeah))
Erevan’s blast of force nearly knocks Sephi over. He’s clearly injured and attempts to limp away out of the tent.

Healing Word as a 2nd level spell, cast on Erevan as soon as possible.

Your enemies had on their persons had only a few coins, daggers, nothing major.
The Faire-goers have extinguished the errant flames before it could get out of hand.
The resilient folks are starting to laugh off the event and get back to normal.

He whispers, 'Urdlen.'
Erevan nods at Olwer's suggestion. He also pockets some pudding and other treats as well, to help them provide sustenance on his hike.
Before they head out, he reaches out to Fez, re-establishing contact with the sprite and seeing what he is seeing.
((Sorry for the absence; I'm back and ready to go. I honestly don't remember where I left Fez. Was he still spying on Patcher?))
Before they reach the woods, Olwer will hide the morsels he took from Great Pudding in or with other pieces of food.
If applicable, sleight of hand again
