Fez has had a little difficulty following Patcher in the forest, the gnome is surprisingly spry and quick, but Fez has persevered. Maybe because Patcher let him.... there have been several moments where Patcher seemed to turn his head and look directly at Fez and wink, or stick out his tongue, before continuing to plunge through the forest.
Erevan says to Nanny Cowslip: "My sprite familiar is following Patcher as we speak. He's in the forest, continuing to go deeper into the wood. He seems well aware that an invisible sprite is following him."
He figures there's no need to mince words about magic with this woman. "If you'd like to convey a message to Patcher, I can speak through the sprite any time. Do you have anything to say to him?"
Erevan glances at the big cats, checking on their general demeanor.
"I feel I must confront this troublemaker directly and get to the bottom of this. You two have been... insightful. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll look into this. You two stay here, enjoy the faire. Have you tried many of the games?"
As she says this, she unharnesses one of the kittens and climbs aboard.
"I'll get to the bottom of this, one way or another!" And then the kitten springs into action, carrying her rapidly towards the forest. The other two kittens plop down and begin grooming themselves anew.
Erevan opts to join Olwer in entering the game. "Well, I hope this shall provide at least a fun distraction if not something more useful. Let's do this."
Heading back to the big tent, you are able to play Yondalla’s luck. As previously described, you start at the periphery of the tent and must hop table to table to the center, and you are timed, and people maaay throw food or other things at you to try to knock you off the tables.
Each who plays needs to give 5 acrobatics checks; this will be used to gauge whether you’re successful, and how fast. I will also randomly determine if anyone tries to hit you with something, and when. A bit will give you disadvantage, a miss will give you advantage, so some of your checks can change. To start out, give 5 acrobatics checks if you want to play.
Meanwhile Fez is keeping an eye on Patcher, who seems to be waiting on a stump in the forest, whistling a tune and carving a bit of wood with a pocket knife.
Olwer shows the warlock a few tumbles and leaps that could come in handy, coaching and encouraging the other bounty-hunter before they enter the contest. He mentions again his suspicion that the contest could be important. Maybe it is connected with the curse, since Patcher wanted to win without playing? At the least, a victory in Yondalla's Luck could give them an edge in dealing with the mad gnome...or Urdlen, if that's who he really is. And there's always the Great Pudding and the acclaim of the crowd.
Just before his friend goes up, he says,
''Erevan, how about a private wager? Whichever one of us gets the higher score, the other one buys him dinner. Tomorrow."
Is cheering bad form? What about musical accompaniment?
If it isn't against the rules or customs, Olwer will sing a rousing tavern song, clap his hands, and cheer on his friend.

((If possible, my PC is granting bardic inspiration as many more times as he can--up to a total of three, including that pre-contest bit. As I understand it, this is a bonus action, so he could do it every six seconds the contest lasts. ))
Erevan accepts Olwer's wager, though he doubts he has a chance against the bard. He supposes that it really wouldn't work to turn invisible, as no one could confirm if he succeeded or not. He thanks Olwer for the advice and appreciates the cheering. With Olwer rooting him on, Erevan starts to believe he can actually do this and seize the crown of the Pudding King!
"And away we go," he says quietly before leaping into action.
Erevan starts to stumble and slip about halfway through the contest and remembers what Olwer told him. He can hear his fellow half-elf cheering him on, he twists and turns ...
Looks like Olwer got hammered on his turn. He’ll need to reroll his first 3 rolls as disadvantage rolls, take the lower result. But he can reroll the 4th as an advantage roll.
Erevan fared much better. He can reroll his first 3, all as advantage, taking the higher value. For that #3 roll, reroll it twice, so 3 times total, for best roll. The roll from your previous post did not come through for me, somehow.
I’ll coalesce this into a story once we have the results, unless you beat me to it.

If Erevan does not have other plans, Olwer will enter his own name in the contest for the crown of the Pudding King.
And some of that fine, huge pudding!
((If Erevan does have plans that might require Olwer's help, he will forgo the contest of Yondalla's luck, at least for now.))
