Bel wrangles out his rope and ties one end on GB then throws the other end to Big Guy- if allowed.

Aregarak can use his reaction to grab the rope if he desires.

Aregarak feels a rush of water as he pulls himself and GB to shore. It is the dragon swimming past, and for a split second you feel as if she might be turning back. But then, suddenly, you feel her claws start to dig into you!

Nightscale latches onto Aregarak with her great claws and tries to drag him underwater...

Frustrated at his resilience, she goes to rake her claws through his flesh...

...then dives back underwater. Aregarak is no longer grappled, and he and GB float in the water near Bel and Lana.

Aregarak begins to sink into the black lake, and GB drifts a little closer to the shore.

Lana runs to dive into the water as GB comes close.  Knowing he has been out for some time Grabs GB and casts Cure Wounds

Bel get to shore as fast as possible and tries to spot where the dragon is then a place to make another sneak attack.

GB wakes under the magical healing, bleeding but conscious, surrounded by cold water, held in humanoid arms—who's arms??—then he hears Lana's voice next to him: "Kill that thing!"

There is no light for GB to navigate by, but he hears rushing water nearby. What does he do?

 Bel sees the cutting an inconspicuous current through the lake. It seems she is biding her time, staying underwater, looking for an opportune moment. 

Bel finds the only place with cover around here: the dilapidated stone bridge, pitted and pock-marked by acid, is high enough that he can crouch behind it.

Bel heads quickly for the bridge to wait for the dragon to get close enough.

 GB awakening in a panic in the rushing water feels Lana grip and Attempts to take to the air, with Lana if possible.  Just enough to get out of the waters flow.

Bel manages to get Lara onto dry ground beside the bridge. It isn’t graceful, but it works. GB and Lana are both prone, soaking wet, about 15 feet from where Bel is hiding.

I think we just need a death saving throw from Aregarak now.
