The tunnel you're following winds and twists before opening into a great cavern, the whole of which glimmers with a faint phosphorescence. A pleasant subterranean breeze can be felt on your skin.
The ceiling is almost fifty feet overhead, and bright flecks and gleaming stone formations are visible in the distance. Patches of strange fungi dot the floor, including capped stalks standing as tall as a human and glowing puffballs almost a yard wide.
High ledges rise fifteen to twenty feet above the floor on the north, south, and west walls. Narrow passageways lead off to the north and the south, and a flight of carved stone stairs descends from the western ledge to a path that meanders through the center of the chamber toward a small iron door in the eastern wall. Audible throughout the entire chamber is the sigh of a soft, cool breeze that rises toward the surface far above.
Bel becomes very cautious of the area. ‘This could be an ambush area’ he thinks as he looks around using his dark vision and kean senses. “Be alert everyone” he tells them.

There doesn't seem to be any threats round about here...just the tall fungus stalks swaying gently in the dim, phosphorescent light.

You head towards the southern exit, passing the odd-looking fungus formations as they sway in the steady breeze. The rushing sound of water meets your ears before long, and increases as you approach the stairs to the south. In the torchlight, you can make out a low cavern at the end of the natural stair.
The thunderous roar of falling water fills this long, low chamber, and spray makes everything slick and wet. A fast stream rushes through the center of the cavern, emerging from beneath a crude dam of rock and mud in the western wall. The stream disappears into a dark shaft at the cavern’s eastern end. A rough path follows the stream toward the east, turning into a winding stairwell down.
You hear that familiar skittering noise from the west...and now the north...you are being followed! Some barely visible shadows move just outside of the bright torchlight towards the western end of the cavern. What do you do?

Several smelly troglodytes can be seen approaching your positions from the north and the west. They hiss and call loudly to each other, uttering primitive hunting cries in their draconic language.
Darkness. This area has no lighting sources, save for the light from the torch that GB is holding.
Fast-moving stream. The stream is flowing fast enough that anyone who falls in must succeed on a DC 10 Strength saving throw to avoid being swept over the waterfall.
Slippery slope (the green, mossy area). Any creature that enters the slippery slope or starts its move there must make a DC 12 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. A creature that fails the check falls prone and slides southward toward the stream at half speed.
Troglodytes:
Stench. As before, anyone (other than a troglodyte) that starts its turn within 5 feet of a troglodyte must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of the creature’s next turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to the stench of all troglodytes for 1 hour.

Lana turns to her right and fires off her arrow at the oncoming creature. "Spirit be ready to pounce on my command" she tells her faithful companion. Whispering her Entangled root spell on to her arrow.
