GB has one troglodyte attacking him, and there's another that's standing over the unconscious body of his friend, Bel. What does GB do?

GB will lash out the beast that attacked him with Fire Bolt

Atk 22 for 6 fire dmg

Am I able to use medicine to stabilize Bel or give him a healing potion as a bonus action? I imagine not but dosen;t hurt to ask the DM.  Bel I assume I need to wait until next turn...

The reptilian hunters respond to a hissed command and move up to attack Aregarak, who has been swinging his greatsword effectively. All three of them converge on the minotaur and attempt to take him down! The troglodyte who now holds Bel's sword is commanding them in draconic, saying things you can't understand but that definitely sound malicious. 

From the west:

The fifth troglodyte is swept away and plummets out of sight over the waterfall on the east side of the room.

The new commander of the troglodytes runs back down the stairs and tries to attack Lana with the magical rapier.

Aregarak roars in defiance at the creatures and swings his mighty greatsword once again...

Lana slashes at the nearest creature with her sword still feeling the weakened state from the poison.

Attack 6 If hit 11

Spirit continues to bite viciously at the creature as well.

Lana strikes, but the lethargy from the troglodyte's overpowering stench allows the creature to dodge easily—what it wasn't prepared for was Spirit. The panther rips the reptile's throat out, leaving a bloody mess on the bottom stair. 

The final troglodyte looks fairly worried as it is suddenly all alone, holding the magical rapier.
