Skip settles down inside the doorway, and focuses on what Nook can see as he sends him off to hover above the building, circling it slowly. If he sees anything heading their way, he will break off from sharing the owls sight to inform the others
Leann moves with the others. She is not quiet, nor does she try to be, she simply walks normally. She will let the others take the lead if they wish to try something as well, but is likely to walk straight to the man and ask him where the bones are located. The straight forward path she finds is often the best.
When you come to the top of the stairs, you hear a faint snoring sound coming from the door to the right. You carefully open the door and peek inside. You find yourself in a small kitchen (area d) A square table surrounded by four wooden chairs rests in a corner, and the shelves are covered in provisions. A door leads out the kitchen, and it is slightly ajar. The snoring seems to be coming from the other room.
((Sorry about that delay. School and work were killer yesterday))
Rudick continues on to the next room without skipping a beat. And yet, Orcish 'training' would gnaw at him to 'pillage' a few snacks along the way. Maybe even break a few things as punishment for stealing the bones. Fortunately, apart from one or two sidelong glances in the direction of the shelves, he is able to fight off the temptation along the way. As soon as he enters the room and sees the man, unless startled awake by his movement alone, Rudick is sure to seize him by the collar of nightware or by an arm, and shake him awake. "The bones. Where are they?"He would ask plainly.

This modest bed chamber hold a cot and several well-made pieces of furniture, including a table, a padded chair, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe. The snoring sounds emanates from an old man sleeping on the cot, snuggled under a warm blanket of gray wolf fur. His face is furrowed with age, and a shock of silvery white hair grows from his scalp and face. Rudick grasps the old man and shakes him awake. The man sputters in surprise at his awakening, and is eyes widen in alarm at the intruders in his home. At Rudick's words, you see his face pale in fear, his sleepy surprise fading away in an instant to be replaced by terror. He says panicked in his wheezy voice, "Shhhhh! They'll hear you." He looks at the wall to hear him in pure terror as he grasps his head while breaking free of Rudick's grasp and moves to cower in the corner. "I'm dead, I'm dead, I'm dead..." He rambles on incoherently. You suddenly hear muffled sounds of wood being broken and splintered come from the room adjacent, the one you didn't explore. As you do, Henrik begins to hyperventilate while cowering. He says between gasps, "In the wardrobe... secret compartment... bottom... Run... Run!"
Sergei dives towards the wardrobe and attempts to find the secret compartment at the bottom. He's trying not to think too hard on what those noises are or what's making Henrik so upset, he is just focusing on finding those bones. He doesn't want to spend too long fumbling though if it looks like he'll be left behind.
Hearing the noises coming from the other room, Alev panics. While Sergei searchs for the bones, he moves past Rudick to glare down at Henrick. "Heard by who? Answer me!" He caws, pointing the tip of his blade to the old man's throat.

In the bottom of the wardrobe, you find a loose panel. You pry on it, and the bottom of the wardrobe pops out with a slight sucking sound. In a secret compartment, you find a brown, leather bag with lumps and shapes that could be bones. You also see many coins scattered around the chamber.
Henrik gasps out, "Made me do it... Not supposed to know..." He looks to the window with a look of primordial terror in his eye. Heedless of Alev's dagger, he charges forward and leaps at the window. The window shatters into reflective shards as he bursts through. He hangs in the air for a moment before plummeting to the ground nearly 20 feet below with a shout of panic. You hear him hit the ground, and you can hear something break with a muffled snap.
In the room, you hear many footsteps rushing towards the door in the hallway.
Still admittedly recovering from the Coffin Maker's surprising strength, Rudick looks up from the hand he'd been flexing towards the sound of footsteps rushing towards the door. Focus returns sharply to his eyes at that point, and after glancing towards the door. If it looked at all possible, the Orc puts 'powerful build' to work shifting and flipping the bed into place as necessary to bar the door, before putting his back to it to reinforce it.
"That freaking lunatic. Alright. No time to get cocky. Out the window. Climb if you can, but be quick about it."He barks, before then noting the bundle in Sergei's hands. "Pass that Alev. He can fly out safetly. Maybe take Skip with him too. But double time it, people." He demands. With that, he intones a few words in orcish, calling upon the blessings of the Wondermaker to create a golden, mystical layer of energy about him to shield from harm.
"Don't be foolish." Leann says as she stands next to the open window. She glances to the door and the barrior put in front of it. "Let's go before whoever that is decides to break in, no reason to stand and hold it." She gestures to the window, ready to head out once everyone else is either out or on their way out.
Peering out the window, you can see a very thin ledge running the length of the wall. You could walk across that to get to the front of the house where you could easily slide down the slanted outrcopping over the front porch, but it would be difficult (DC 15 acrobatics check to do so). Down on the ground, you can see the sprawled form of Henrik unmoving on the cobblestones. You can see his neck is at a strange angle, and a small pool of blood begins to form under him. Whatever is in the house must be worse than death for him to do this.
Rudick hears the slap of bare feet across wood as something approaches. Suddenly, the door you've been bracing shudders as something slams into it. It shudders a few more times as someone attempts to force their way in. As abruptly as it began, it stops for a moment before a pale hand bursts through the door, spraying splinters of wood throughout the room. It is followed by a similar hand bursting through as well, and the person on the other side begins to rip pieces from the door so they can enter the room. You can't make out any distinguishing features of the aggressor, but the fingernails on the hands are more akin to yellow claws with dirt encrusted upon them.

Assuming she’s going out the window, he will follow close behind. IF she hesitates then he will glance alarmingly over his shoulder at the door getting torn apart and say, “never mind, every man for himself.” (he will maintain concentration on the spell) Then he’ll attempt the climb out the window, along the ledge towards the slanted outcropping.
He’ll shout to Rudick as he’s going out, “Come on, tough guy, time to go, live to fight another day.”
consider this acrobatics check for whatever order he goes out the window.

Alev raises his dagger, just in case. The man was sure to panic, and that could be a problem.

Sergei clutches the bag, ignoring the coins, and edges towards the window where Henrik jumped out.
"That was pretty dramatic. I've got a bad feeling about this...."
With a quick glance out the window, is there any way to climb out without plummeting 20 feet?

He goes towards the window. "...Skip, are you coming?" He asks meekly, not even sure if he can carry the gnome along with the bones.

As soon as he's got Skip and everyone's already moving, Alev flies out of the window and to the ground.
When he sees Henrik there and his broken neck, he cringes and looks away. "You shouldn't have done that, old man..." He hisses.
