Rollo upon seeing the waters refreshing qualities, decides to go one further. He collects some of the water in his water skin for later. He also takes a large gulp
Yara turns and looks at the room, seeing it’s fairly secure and would make a good enough camp for the time being.
I’s think we should get some rest …I’s knows I’m tired and who knows what’s awaiting us further inside this place… be good to do it now whilst we’s have a chance. We can take it in shifts.

As he sets himself up to start his watch, the hairs on the back of Rollo's neck stand up. Something isn't quite right. As he approaches the back of the room where the pillars are, he sees the briefest of fidgeting movement.

Poking his head out from his shell Nibor drowsily looks to Rollo and seeing the direction he's aiming tries to ascertain what manner of beastie this may be
Oh let's not be so hasty friend Rollo we may have intruded on these fellows
Bending down slightly to get a better look he ponders on the creature's demeanour and if he recognises the breed
Yara sits up suddenly at the noise the others are making, still looking half asleep. She scratches her head groggily, squinting her eyes to look at the creature/s the others have spotted.
Rollo looks and sees two baleful eyes peering out from the darkness, their gleam hinting at a weird intelligence and unnerving malevolence.
Only Nibor has heard tell of these creatures. They are the Nothic. Most times, a nothic is content to watch, weighing and assessing the creatures it encounters. He remembers being told that, when driven to violence, it uses its horrific gaze to rot the flesh from its enemies’ bones.
Nibor also knows that Nothics are said to speak only undercommon, and would not understand Rollo's warning
