(Mika manages to catch the Boar unaware and slashes it right thru the neck. The Boar falls, tries to get back up, but ultimately collapses, dead. Only the Giant Boar remains.)

Sicherehime, you're up.

Sechirehime steels herself, and turns to the giant boar. She turns her fans in a flurry, whipping up an invisible wind, then says in a low voice, "Tosho....!" A swift and sudden drop in temperature is felt near the boar, as the wizard casts Frostbite.

[Frostbite] You cause numbing frost to form on one creature that you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. DC:13 On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 cold damage, [4] and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

(Frost begins to form on the Giant Boar's fur, until it lets out a grunt of pain as the cold slows it down and damages its eyes, ears and nose.)

~ Jasper pops out from behind the tree and extends his hands outward with thumbs and index fingers touching and utters Micantis Regia towards the Giant Boar.  A radiant flash of light streaks towards the creature and...totally missed! Jasper ducks back behind the tree and pulling his shield around from his left shoulder and waits.

(The roll didn’t add my modifier but would still be a miss.)

(Though the Bolt missed, the Giant Boar is enraged, thrashing about before picking out its next target, Zalmanni!)

(The Giant Boar is very, very quick, surprising Zalmanni with a sharp Tusk, but his armor manages to just keep the bone from penetrating!)

Thili takes a moment to centre herself in an effort to provide even the smallest amount of help in this fight.

(Thili's takes a big swing with her Axe and manages to cleave right above the Giant Boar's left shoulder! It squeals in pain as blood spurts from its wound.)

Zal grimaces from the pain, draws his bow back and let’s an arrow fly at the giant boar.....

Correction to Giant Boar Attack: It was supposed to have disadvantage, my mistake. If this second roll misses I'll retcon it.

No, Zal didn't get gored. My fault for forgetting disadvantage.

On a related note, how does Dodge work now? My understanding, based on the PHB, is that I can only doge if I use my turn to focus on Dodging?

Mika the roared and charge at the boar and attacked it with her short sword again

DMs note: That is correct, Zalmanni. You'd give up being able to do anything else with your turn except maybe moving. 

(Mika's Sword just manages to penetrate the Giant Boar's thick hide and does manage to do some pretty good damage! The Giant Boar is still quite hurt.)

Sicherehime, you're up.

Sechirehime gives a worried look to her nearly gored companion, before taking out a small knife from her oversized robes and throwing it up into the air. With one hand, she twirls a fan, yelling, "Nage!" and casts the spell Catapult on the small knife, aiming for the giant boar.

Choose one object weighing 1 to 5 pounds within range that isn’t being worn or carried. The object flies in a straight line up to 90 feet in a direction you choose before falling to the ground, stopping early if it impacts against a solid surface. If the object would strike a creature, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the object strikes the target and stops moving.
