Wil: Poking around the bottom you dislodge a section of panel and find a hidden compartment containing 3 daggers. Their design is like nothing you have ever seen before.

Before you can show them to anyone...as you reach to grab the first of the daggers, you feel as if it almost flows into your hand, molding to it. You snatch your hand back, shocked by the feeling. But when you look at your palm, it appears normal, so you reach again, slowly, carefully this time and the feeling repeats itself. You turn it over in your hand and it appears normal, but still feels like it has molded into your palm. Each of the blades has the same feel as you pick them up.

Wil: You know they are old. VERY old. Just by the weight, heft and balance you realize the technology to create these blades does not exist today. (OOC: Like an ancient samurai blade in the real world today.)

Kina: You see the blades are very well crafted, and unlike anything you have ever seen before. While most daggers have simple straight narrow blades, these are wavy, almost like they are made of fluid, but in fact they are rigid and extremely sharp.

Barnabus: History may have not been your forte, but a lifelong love of weapons pays off. You agree with Wil that these are old, ancient old, and while you cannot put a name to it, you can tell these would be very effective light weapons.

Wil swaps the dagger in his belt for one of the new ones and hands one of the remaining two to Bart, "You might like this." He then turns to Kina, "Do you use edged weapons at all?"
(OOC: Possessive, probably, possessed, nope. The blades are 3 ancient kris, but unlike newer kris, they are balanced to throw. Also, +1 to hit due to sharpness, 1d6 slashing or piercing damage on a hit, no plus on damage, and while non-magical in nature, they strike as if they are magical. i.e. if something is resistant or immune to non-magical weapons, these are still effective, but do not radiate magic. If researched in a dwarven or capital city you can find out they date back to the civilization that was destroyed in the Lost Lands north of the Greymere Moor. Value to a normal merchant, 15gp each. Value to a specialized collector .... ???)
Kina shakes her head. "I have the training... I would prefer not to." she states. "My teachings instruct me to try to subdue enemies whenever possible, cause as little suffering as I can. I don't much like the idea of plunging a blade into living flesh over and over until it stops moving." she says, shuddering a little at the thought. "If you want a place to store it though, I have plenty of room left."
Barnabus: The southeast area shows no signs of reason activity, but is littered with debris. Poking around reveals this was obviously a torture chamber at some point in the distant past.

They are definitely not the same as the cultists used. Anyone looking at them can make a history check with Disadvantage.
