OOC: So we have 3 active Cultists... well 2 and a half considering the seriously wounded one?

Bart casts Charm Person on Followup left. They must make a WIS saving throw or be under my control.

Followup Left:  WIS save 15 .  He shakes his head as if to clear it, then glares at Bart.

Rachel finds a clear shot over Barnabus's head, Attack: 9 Damage: 7 , aiming at one of the figures still in the doorway.  The bolt strikes him in the shoulder, but he barely seems to notice.

Barnabus watches the first man fall as he follows through with his axe swing. Not bothering to flip the axe over, Barnabus tightens his grip. The dwarfs muscles bulge as he fights the axe momentum to reverse Fifes direction. Leading with the flat side of the weapon Barnabus attempts to deliver a nonlethal strike  on the right man. 

Attack: 23

Damage: 10

Followup Right sees the swing coming and tries to duck, but misjudges its direction and takes the side of Fife's blade to the forehead.  Someone may still be home, but his lights are out.  Left, Injured and Followup Left are still in play, with another 2 or 3 forms still visible in the doorway.

Cade-bear rushes into the doorway, attacking any enemy in range...

Bite To hit: 24 Damage: 6
Claws to hit: 21 Damage: 10.

(Wait a sec, the one that hit me has +4 to hit? Jeez, talk about stacked.)

The gloves are off and Kina kicks again at the cultist closest to her, first with her front legs, then, with her bonus action, with her rear. She doesn't block Cade, seeing he's in a full bull rush towards the door... otherwise she would have attempted to close it. Rather than risk a collision, she just stands and fights.

Front-unarmed strike: Attack: 20   Rear kick: 19

Damage: 6  6

(OOC:  Whoops....should have been +3, my bad!)

Left grunts from the first strike, and the second is accompanied by the sound of the air rushing from his lungs as he hits the wall in front of Cade-bear as he rushes past and into the doorway.  Unfortunately, both claws and teeth come up empty.

Cade:  you see 3 cultists still inside the room, one with a crossbow bolt stuck in his shoulder, but all very much alive.  We'll call them Pincushion, Bubba (he's kinda big) and Squeaks (he's kinda small).

Follow-up Left and Injured are still alive and kicking in the main area with the rest of the party.

Wil draws a bead on Injured with the intent to put him down permanently.

Attack: 17 Damage: 6

Wil's arrow strikes true and accomplishes its intent.

Follow-up Left pushes forward seemingly trying to reach Bart, but finds Barnabus in his way, and takes a swing at the warrior; Attack: 16 Damage: 2.

Pincushion falls back from Cade-bear, allowing Bubba and Squeaks to engage; Attack: 7 Damage: 5 and Attack: 22 Damage: 6

Bart points to someplace behind the enemies (where he would think his spell would affect all of them but not his friends) and throws his voice into a sweet lullaby casting Sleep on the attackers (or at least on as many as he can without risking one of us sleeping) "The one mind is calling/ It is now time to sleep/ you feel yourself falling/ now don't say a peep"

Sleep HP roll: 21

Pincushion and Squeaks collapse to the floor as the spell takes effect, leaving Bubba facing Cade-bear and Followup Left on Barnabus.

Rachel squeezes off another shot over Barnabus head at his assailant, Attack: 18 Damage: 9, fatally striking him.

With Cade-bear filling the doorway, only ranged weapons can be used to reach Bubba, the last man standing ... well, last cultist anyway.

OCC: if this is incorrect just ignore this post. 

Barnabus grabs the incapacitated cultist in the right and pulls him back out of the way.  Using some of the rope from his gear he binds the unconcious man. 

"You wait right here. We might have some questions for you when we finish with your friends."

Kina will delay her action for now.

With the sole living cultist in the main room properly secured, Kina prances, waiting for an opportunity.  Despite the now seemingly overwhelming odds, Bubba seems undaunted and as determined as ever.

Cade moves forward to strike at Bubba...

Barely able to dodge the teeth and claws, Bubba is going to need new robes, but is still in one piece.

Seeing that Barnabus ensured there was a cultist left to talk to Wil does his best to put Bubba down for good.

While the arrow strikes home, Bubba grunts, but doesn't fall.  He swings again at Cade-bear, Attack: 12 Damage: 6
