Guess Kina has her target already, then. Summoning up her inner strength, she expends the last of her ki and attacks with a flurry of blows (also wanting to save the charges in her staff since it's down to 4 already)
Flurry: 1419111811
damage: 6744
(Well that figures, wouldn't be a Kina roll without at least some 1's in there would it. Also whoops, rolled one too many times for strikes)
Kina is barely standing after getting her ribs nearly caved in by the creature, but if she tries to back up and use her boomerang, she'll not only risk getting her flank cleaved off, but she'll leave Cade to face all the zombies in close quarters by himself, and she's not about to do that. She has no choice but to stand her ground.
(It'd just be so ME if Kina is the first one in the party to go down. Friggin cursed dice.)

Kina has little choice; she has to take the chance to bring down at least one of the creatures before they cleave through one of her friends or she drops. Mustering up what strength she has left, she strikes at the same target she did before and uses 2 of her 4 remaining charges in her staff for the day and then wheels around her battered body for some good old horseshoe action.

(Holy crap, I think that's the first ever nat 20 I've rolled in combat and not for like, some relatively unimportant perception check. Also, for some reason the post is having a fit from me adding an additional roll as an edit. The rolls it shows on the mouse over are accurate; 25 and 14 for the attack rolls, 6 10 and 7 for the damage of the combined strikes with 3 for the crit.)
Cade'steeth and claws strike armor, but do not seem to damage the zombie.
Kina'sstaff strikes true, killing the creature and allowing her kick to land in the back of the one remaining creature.

Bugbear zombie #4: continues attacking Cade: Attack: 13 Damage: 11, but looking much worse for wear at this point.

Ducking under and around his companions attack Barnabus spies an opening for an attack of his own. Fife flashes forward trying to neutralize the remaining threat.
Kina is feeling much better now! Though this has been a harsh lesson about conserving her ki, it's one she won't soon forget. She goes for the ol one two on the remaining zombie creature, swing at it's head with her staff before rearing up and kicking once more.
