Once Guardio is dead: Tilly stands up slowly and spits blood from the weak hit. She walks over from body and begins to methodically cut off his head. It takes a few minutes. She then cuts his hands off with two quick chops and places all three in a backpack pulled from one of the shelves. She throws the bag by the door.
"Could be useful for a little psychological warfare. If there's nothing else, I'm going to rest. Wake me when it's time to go."
She goes to sleep on some bags on the floor. It's fitful sleep with lots of twitching and a little sweating. If any one dared check she would be hot to the touch.
Droogan finishes his searching and sits with the party playing a flute he found... Poorly
"Such long faces, and we make such progress. Look at all this stuff!"
He opens his pack revealing among other things cook's utensils, fishing tackle, lantern (hooded), shovel, spy glass, a first aid kit, and a kit with rock hammers, various chisels and files, trowels, and course paper, clothes, and oils (Mason's Tools).
"Is this what you were looking for Bowlder? I didn't see any gold necklaces, I'm afraid" he says to Tilly, though she's apparently fallen asleep.
He opens his pack revealing among other things ... (Mason's Tools).
"Is this what you were looking for Bowlder?"
Happy camper.
Besides Mason's Tools being a reminder of his home village, Bowlder always likes to be prepared to make a chair (block of stone), or a table (block of stone), or a bed (longer block of stone).

"Droogan, give me some time to pray and rest then I will spend some time on watch too, who is going to follow after me?"
He then settles down in a meditative state to carry out his prayers to his God.
Assuming we are going for a long rest, Yordis is going to renew his spells but will be happy to take watch after Droogan.
I know there were several requests from us to learn more about the area before Guardio was killed but do we have any additional information from him about which directions things are, distances involved, guard patrols etc?
8 hours rest needs 4 people to share out the watch btw.
This is kind of why I wanted to know if we have any idea how close we are to the arena we were in before, which apparently is the only way out. If it is just round the corner, or at least close, then we could try and rush out but if it is miles of tunnels away we might want to rethink. We should have some idea of how long we spent walking from the arena to the cell and how long we spent walking to the storeroom (c.20 minutes, tops?) Valentinus only has cantrips left I think, I have one spell slot left at level 1 and Bowlder used a rage so I guess he has one or two more.
DM, any chance of some clarification?
Also, in the storeroom are there any flasks of alchemists fire, if so, I will take several if I can. You never know when you might need to set fire to something quickly!

Might be practical to escape now, or after a short rest (recover HP with hit dice). The escape isn't known yet, and most of the enemy is probably resting after the arena events finished. The longer we wait, the busier things are likely to get, vs. our party being in peak shape after a long rest.

Without the info about what we’re running into a long rest to regain spells could be very useful. We were fighting during the day and all our adventures probably haven’t taken too long so a long rest of 8 hours might wrap up at 3 or 4 in the morning which is a pretty dead time always. The Arena of the 1 Exit might be empty at that time. No need to go deep if we can get out of an early morning arena.
As far as resting, I'm fine HP-wise to take a short rest. But I'm out of spell slots, so I can't charm or disguise (or thunderwave) us past any problems we'd run into on the run out.
Valentinus searches the store room for his viol, and a drink. Not necessarily in that order.
