Yuno picking up her own bag sees the brilliantly glowing door and whistles. She has figured out by that a glow that bright equals very hard battle. So she says, "I don't know about you but I could use a break" With a toothy grin.
Gogon, bag in hand, hesitates. "I could use the rest," he began, "but if the glow is THAT bright, I don't know that it's worth the attempt. I'm going to vote for the potion door."
As you enter the room, the room is similar to the room you just exited, with two large marble pillars in the center. The difference is, this time there is something standing between them. Wrapped in soiled cloth and dripping rotted and decayed flesh, a mummy stands in between the two pillars, a grin plastered on its face.

The mummy lets out a shriek as the cone of fire consumes its body and burns at its cloth. The mummy looks to be more shaken by the fire than you had expected and as you back up, the mummy pats the fire on itself out and runs straight towards the thing that set it on fire, concentrating all of its attacks on Chan. (As it passes Gogon gets an OA)
Chan falls unconscious and his flesh begins to slowly decay. He is cursed with mummy rot.
(OOC: I'll explain my reasoning for this reset, but you guys let me know if I made a mistake. Chan with mummy rot and unconscious cannot regain HP from any source. Stabilizing with a Natural 20, rolling three successes, and having a teammate stabilize use the wording "regain 1 HP" which means that mummy rot would prevent him from regaining HP leaving him permanently stabilized (maybe) but unconscious. Because nobody has a remove curse or similar, it would cause a reset. Also... I was looking at Chan's character sheet and I wanted to confirm, a boss fight does not equal a long rest... I'm sorry if I was unclear about that earlier but it didn't make a difference.)
As Chan's flesh begins to decay, you all are jerked back into the wall and when you open your eyes, you find yourself in a blank room with stone walls and no decoration. You all gain the benefits of a long rest, are revived, and have any curses or diseases removed from you. This time, however, you are stunned to find that all of your equipment was not taken from you! You have managed to hold onto the gold that you had earned from your most recent fight with the goblins and worgs. As you look forward to where you expect the doors to appear, a voice from behind you, very different from the omniscient voice you are used to, says, "Heeeeellooooo!!" As you turn around, you find that you are not alone in the room and instead there is a gnomish man in the back of the room that is behind a long wooden desk and sitting in a chair with his feet propped up on the desk. When you turn around, he waves at you and says, "The name's Boomer... I've been stuck here for an eternity, but eventually the voice got tired of me failing so he gave me this job as a shopkeeper and brought you lot here. Speaking of, y'all got any money for me? I'll trade ya'! I got lots of things for you right now and as you get farther, the voice'll give me more stuff to offer." He gestures behind him and you can see a poster behind him with a couple of items and upgrades listed.
Weapons and Armor (Price Varies) Healing Potions (Price Varies) Genetic Manipulation (150 Gold) Golden Gloves (100 Gold)
"Good gear? That's wonderful. What would be the prices for a light crossbow with some ammunition and a studded leather armour? Also, what are the Golden Gloves?"
He looks genuinely thrilled to have people engaging with him and his excitement is almost contagious, "A light crossbow you say? Well, that would be 25 GP and as you can tell, I don't get much business around here so if you buy the crossbow I'll toss in 40 bolts for free. Studded leather is a bit more expensive, that one'll cost ya 45 GP." He reaches into a bag at his side and pulls out a light crossbow and an extra-large case of bolts as well a set of studded leather armor. Placing the equipment on the desk he holds his hand out expectantly. "The Golden Gloves are a bit more complicated... They have a tendency to make the voice give you more gold. I believe they give you a small chance to earn a small amount of gold after random fights."
"Well, though it is tempting, I won't win any encounter with the gloves. Maybe in the future." He says as he takes 65 GP and put them on the desk. As he takes the items, he adds: "Thanks, I look forward to doing business with you in the future."
As Sythm goes to take the items, Boomer's hand jerks forward and grabs the armor back. His eyes narrow as he says, "I may not be the brightest book in the barn, but I can count... make sure you can too."

"Well, rapier's are interesting, although why you would need two of them is beyond me..." Boomer mumbles as he pulls out the rapiers and scale mail from another bag and places them on the desk, "The rapiers are 25 GP each and scale mail is 50 GP. It appears that some of you," he glances at Sythm "have trouble adding, so the total is 100 GP."

Yuno takes out her bag of holding, opens it and turns it upside down, dropping all 100 GP. She takes the rapiers and the armor and says, "Nice! Finally some decent equipment."
"Alrighty then!" Boomer says as he begins to pull the items out of his bag, "The potion is 50 GP, the spear is only 1 GP, a shortsword is 10 GP, a dagger is 2 GP so that's 4 GP total and I'll throw in the darts for free. That brings your total to 65 GP." He says as he slides the items over to Gogon. "The genetic manipulation is some funny business. The voice apparently can change your heritage or skill sets at a whim, I don't really know how he does it, but he said to put it on the board and that I would get paid for it..." he shrugs "I always say, never look a gift horse in the mouth."
The halfling's eyes widened as he took in the meaning of Boomer's words. "Skill sets? Even heritage?! Well... no thanks to all that," he chuckled, "but I'm sure some folks would find it interesting."
He slid over the proper coinage, then began stashing his new weapons onto various locations on his person; sliding the daggers into harnesses, securing the darts just into his belt. "By the way, thanks for the discount!" Strapping his shortsword sheath to his waist, then tucking away the healing potion, Gogon finally pulled the spear off the counter for an inspection.
"Nice. Good balance, not too heavy," he murmured as he checked the pole's weight. He looked down the shaft to ensure there was no bend, then finally stepped aside from everyone. The monk rapidly spun the weapon, stopping periodically to make short swings or thrusts, and even throwing in a few off-balancing twists like spinning it around his neck, and up into the air long enough to throw in a roundhouse kick.
He grinned brightly as he finished his kata. "Oh-ho-ho... I think I'm ready whenever everyone else is!"

"I think," he finally began, "I'd like: one standard healing potion. Then, one spear, one shortsword, two daggers, aaaand... twenty darts.
"Oh, and out of curiosity, what's that 'genetic manipulation' about?" He looked around to the others. "Do we even have any 'genets'?"
