Archibald nods, brings the torch back up and extinguishes it. “Neat trick big fella. Neat trick.” He’ll hold back and go down right before Hiramat. Once he slides down the rope he will prepare a fire bolt for anything that attacks he or his buddies.
Seeing his companions descend, Hiramat gathers his courage to go down, he's hopeful that his brothers did not see how much the ominous, booming warning had unnerved him. Hiramat will use the rope to move down to the lower level. Upon landing he'll ready his sword and shield again.
Zmeya follows the group into the tunnel, opting to lightly jump down rather than descend using a rope. She would prefer proceeding in darkness as her eyes provide ample sight in darkness, but she understands it isn't a possibility with the composition of the group. She readies her fists, prepared to swiftly bring an end to whatever might be inside the area they enter.
A long wooden trestle table ringed by rickety stools dominates the center of the room. Metal cutlery, cups, and dirty plates sit atop the table.
A cookstove is installed near the table, and evidence of recently cooked meals sits in pots atop it. A large ham hangs from a loop of twine near the stove.
A sturdy set of stairs leads to a trapdoor in the ceiling above. There are two wooden doors in the east side of the room.
"Well, would you lookie there?" Wilmot utters, pointing his staff toward the outline of the secret door. "Seems to be more to this house than at first glance." The firbolg, still obviously shaken by the booming voice moments ago, starts to step toward the secret door, but thinks better of it. "Gracy...I believe that's a bit more of your, um, thing, no?"
Gracy drops lightly to his feet from the hole in the ceiling, following behind the rest of the party. Hearing WIlmot point out the secret door, Gracy carefully approaches it, looking for any signs of tracks or traps, and then carefully checks over the door itself. 'Z, give me a hand here would you?'
The secret door opens to a rock carved hallway, and there's steps leading down. Two areas come into view. You can explore either. It's cold in here, and you can feel a draft.
Archibald wets a finger and puts it up in the air trying to gain a sense of the air flow. Really he’s just trying to look cool while listening for some signs of other creatures.

(That should actually be a 4. I forgot to add my plus 2. Not like it would make a difference. Lol)
Knowing she is adept at dealing with magical traps, Zmeya takes a moment to canvas the area, eyes moving and tongue flicking in and out. She is a capable scout, and there was no use in sending a terrified liability into the frontline.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Zmeya, you see a green slime on the roof of the cavern system, right at the junction of the two forks. Before you can blurt out a warning, though, it flops on to Archibald, dealing 5 acid damage to him. Hoo, does it burn. Better scrape it off quick.
"OOO-EEE does that burn like the dickins!" Archibalds exclaims as he begins to scrape of the slime. If possible, he would like to disengage and move back behind his heartier friends as he tries to remove the slime.

Klaus nods appreciatively, and chuckles, “Dark world no more!”
He descends to the sublevel using the rope.
