You both wander the city a bit and find a stable near the exit of the city. The owner says he has drafthorses for sale (at PHB prices) as well as a cart. He is willing to give you two of them and the cart for free though, if you deliver a shipment of goods with it to the town of Sundaraic. It seems that with the war beginning most of the regular guard force has been called to arms.
(Sorry for the delay. Things have been busy. Rather than RP this interaction I figured I would give you an easy way to avoid paying 125 gold)

Fenro watched Edgar and Aramae slip away. Turning to the others he said, “Well I dont know about you, but there is not much else for me to do before we head off. I am happy to head straight to the gates and wait for our two wanderers there.”

"Right by me. If it's okay, I'd like to get the supplies I mentioned, but I think I'll be far quicker about that then the others will be about the cart. I'll meet you by the gates in an hour, two tops."
With that, Oryxis heads to town to look for merchants to sell him cook's utensils and some spices, a whetstone and some oil for his gear. All in all he's willing to spend two gold pieces for the lotand will haggle , including to offer a "word to mouth advertising campaign" for the merchant that sells him items at a preferred rate.

Oryxis finds a merchant who has what he needs. The utensils, stone and oil are easily bought but the man is a little more unwilling to part with the finer spices. He offers basil, oregano, chives and a small bit of cinnamon within your budget.
Fenro is able to easily make his way to the shrine. Just outside of the southern wall of the city you find a single oak tree with a simple bench in front of it. The scars of the recent attack are still on the city walls behind you but the site is quiet and tranquil. Make a religion check, please.

Fenro takes a seat on the ground underneath the oak tree and leans back against the bark. As he does so he starts a simple meditation and reaches out in a form of prayer to Galor.
As you're sitting there you feel as though your vision is pulled into the air. You soar above the clouds, heading south, back down the path you had taken to reach the city. Soon you are over the familiar jungles of home, the dark green canopy of trees obscuring your view of the ground. As you get deeper into the forest though you notice a change. The rot that had been your purpose for leaving your home. The green of the trees turns to grey and black, a dark stain on the forest. The sounds of life fade away until it is unnaturally still. And now, from up above you can see something new. A structure of some sort, covered in blackened vines, seemingly at the centre of this corruption.

Fenro’s mind soars above the familiar jungle, but it is not filled with elation. Instead his heart breaks at the sight of the sickness spreading. He couldn’t tell if the blackened vines gathering together to form a structure were real or symbolic. Still it showed design and intent, not just the natural machinations of the world.
As his consciousness came closer to the building he tried to reach out to it trying to sense anything more he could, or see some sign about how it had come to be, all the time uttering his prayers for strength, both for himself and the jungle below.
As Aramae and Edgar walk away from the stable with their horse and cart, Aramae's mind is elsewhere for a few moments.
"Well Edgar, I never suspected we would obtain so many boons merely by bring members of the Aurelius Trading company, but I am not one to complain. On an unrelated note, might I ask if you had been contacted by...", Aramae glances around briefly in case anyone is within earshot, "...you know who. Your preference to place your faith."
Oryxis is happy with the supplies he manages to get and makes for the gate. He's excited to see Ara and Edgar with a cart with a canopy. "Great find- how much do I owe you for this?"

Fenro allows his mind to return to his body. Regaining awareness of his surroundings. The light still flickered through the leaves of the oak tree and the feeling of disgust and despair still lingered with him. The vision he had seen just made his personal quest more important. He had thought that the disease was a natural phenomenon that needed fighting, but now he believed otherwise. Gathering his stuff, he got up, leaving a final prayer and headed to the gates to meet up with the others.
"Not yet. But I’ll keep leaving marks around and eventually maybe she will notice.” Edgar take out a small pocket knife and carve the symbol of Onoso onto the wagon seat. “I’m not really looking for a visitation, rather then som good luck with my shenanigans.” He goes silent for a while. “There is something I have been meaning to ask you Ara. What will you do now? We met up on the Aurelius and has since then become besties, but what are your plans now? Will you follow me to Talgilak after this business is finished up?” “ We talked a bit about it when you and Ferno were meeting Alan before and apparently Lyrika knew of an other piece of the puzzle so I might have to go to Coldhope as well.”
"I would be more than happy to accompany you and aid as best as I am able in whatever you seek to achieve. However, I was contacted during the night by Tisus, who has directed me back towards Tulcanis. So I must go back sooner or later. I believe Tisus is patient to allow to aid my friends and allies first, so until I see evidence to the contrary, I will continue to believe that."
Aramae smiles and places his hands on Edgar's shoulders.
"I cannot tell you how happy I am to always have you at my back. We shall venture to Tulcanis eventually, but even after we deliver this letter, there could be many more obstacles placed upon our path. Not to mention we cannot force our new friends to join us. They likely have their own goals and agendas to achieve."

(Fair enough)
Figuring none of the group would reject getting a horse for free, Aramae accepts the terms.
He looks to the group after the horse is rigged up to the cart.
"So, do any of you know how to operate a horse? I have little experience, I admit."
Fenro watched Edgar and Aramae slip away. Turning to the others he said, “Well I dont know about you, but there is not much else for me to do before we head off. I am happy to head straight to the gates and wait for our two wanderers there.”

Since Fenro has a few hours before they leave, he is going to swing past the shrine dedicated to Galor and offer a prayer before heading to the gate.

Fenro, the only feeling you're able to get from the place is that it's very old. Possibly even older than the kingdoms themselves.
