"It doesn't appear we have a choice!" Usul cries out. He then dashes west behind the pillar, attempts to calm himself, and turning back looses a bolt at it once someone takes its attention
bonus action hide: 26 11 is not likely successful :( - so no adv on his attack

"Me?!?" He looks back at the golem with a look of horror, it's singular focus finally dawning on him. Should have stayed outside. Trust your instincts!
Seeing how focused the thing is on Silthras, combined with his small - relatively unnoticeable - stature, Usul would be fairly confident in being hidden behind the pillar. Peeking around the corner he lets loose a crossbow bolt. It impacts one of the eye-gems, cracking it.
Despite the obvious damage to itself, the statue still ignores the rest. It takes a step forward as charge collects on the tip of the metal rod pointing at Silthras and with a loud crack releases a bolt of lightning. The half-elf does his best to move out of the way, dodging the brunt of the blast. A few arcs catch him however, dealing 3 points of lightning damage. With room-shaking steps, the statue stomps over to Silthras.
Turning around as fighting erupts in the room, Kal takes off towards the stone golem. Realizing that Silthras is most under threat, he'll throw out his hand towards him. The ring fashioned with his holy symbol glows as he utters a word of protection, putting up a shimmering field around Silthras as he casts Shield of Faith
His arm still numb from the electric shock, Silthras looks up at the huge, but damaged creature. Discretion... Valor... Run! The Strange weapons were bad enough, but the thought of being pummeled by a giant fist makes the decision easy. It's only after me, keep it busy.
Silthras disengages, and flees behind the pillar, heading towards the door, keeping anything he can between himself and the creature.

A faint thrum appears to emanate from Syl as she activates her Bladesong. She rushes to get between Kal and Velyra, raising her palm in the air and sending Scorching Rays at the golem.
Rays of fire leap from Syl's hand, the first two land across the statue's back, burning so hot that some of the metal rods begin to melt. A third ray goes wide, striking harmlessly against the opposite wall of the room.
Another blast of concussive force rocks the room, but while some bits of rock are sent flying from it, the creature seems to weather the spell much better this time.
Chunks of stone are missing from the statue now, and several of the metal rods are severely damaged.
Knowing that Golem is hard to hit, Usul decides to take a chance and see if his tight string will still be able to hit. He focuses, and, from behind the pillar, lets another bolt lose.

Attack: 18 Damage: 18
Usul's bolt streaks through the air, and as if propelled by some hellishly strong force pierces straight through the stone of the creature's head. It knocks out the previously damaged eye gem, and for a moment you see the statue stumble. Though severely harmed at this point, it continues to march on.
Booming steps take it over to Silthras. Looming over the half elf, the statue raises its fists high in the air and swings them both down. As the first stone fist comes down, it smashes into the shimmering field provided by Kal's spell and stops. The second manages to break through, slamming into Silthras' back(13 bludgeoning).

Dropping his shield, Kal vanishes in a puff of mist and reappears 30 feet closer to the golem. He closes the remaining distance and raises his sword above his head, now glowing with radiant energy as he brings it down in a two-handed strike.
Attack: 12 Damage: 14 (damage takes into account a Divine Smite if it lands)
edit: (wait we play with flanking don't we?? So it's advantage? If so, 24) editx2: (I should just delete this character sheet. It's clearly cursed D:)
Changing tack, and seeing the sorry state of the creature after his friends attacks, Silthras will stand his ground hoping to give them a clear shot again. Glaring up at it, he defiantly he holds his shield steady, trying desperately to avoid being hit again...
With the pillar directly between him and the scary statue, Usul doesn't have time to take the aimed shot, so instead moves north around the pillar to get a better shot, and yells "Get away from my friends!" He then looses a bolt at the golem again.
In the chaos, only one of Syl's scorching rays finds its target on the stone back, sending bits of molten rock flying through the air. The gnome pops out from behind the pillar and fires a shot at the back of the statue's head.
Empowered by the well crafted crossbow, the bolt pierces through the head again, taking out the other eye gem. The golem reaches out towards Silthras one last time, then begins to crumble, falling to the floor in a crash,
At the back of the room, the crystal continues to shrink as the solid material sublimates, cut down to about half of its size now.
As the hostile stone statue finally falls, Sylnora leans over, resting her hands on her shaking knees as adrenaline continues to course through her veins. "That was close. Right?" Cautiously, she walks over to the pile of rubble that was once the golem, kicking a loose rock with her foot. "Why did it attack us, or him rather?" She asks, looking to Silthras.
"It was just fine with the three of us coming in, I think."
