I can roll a check if necessary, otherwise I would pick up any of their arrows as well.)

((ah, sorry, I wasn't keeping track of your arrow shots! Yes, whatever half is, that is perfect. I believe that is the standard ruling))
If you also did in fact search the goblins, they did indeed have arrows. Lots of them. Their quivers were almost full along with half of the ones that you can recover that they shot. You would also find all of their scimitars, leather armor and shields of which they had strapped to their backs for quick access when needed. The bugbears had javelins and morningstars along with their hide armor and shields.
As far as a number of arrows go, you'd find a total of 120 including the ones remaining in their quivers along with the ones they shot. I think you'd have to take more quivers if you wanted more than the 20.
There are lots of scimitars, shortbows, morning stars and shields around as well.
If you did go further and search the bodies for coin, you'd find 42sp and 11gp. (9 goblins, 3 bugbears). The ID's had nothing on them except for the arrows stuck.
Fril takes the coin and places that in a pouch at his hip. He also fills his quiver back up to 20 arrows. Finally, he takes the remaining 93 arrows and attempts to put them in his pack (if allowed).
(OOC: Your call on this, but I while I would only be able to put 20 arrows in the quiver on my back, I can technically carry more arrows than that with my carrying capacity. That means that although the arrows would not be accessible easily during combat, I could have them on my person. The ruling that I use is that arrows in your pack require an action to retrieve in combat, but you can carry as many arrows as you want in your pack. Basically, you are limited to 20 arrows per combat before you would need to retrieve the arrows in your pack to refill your quiver which costs an action.)

Cami waits at the bottom of the bucket until she's sure the bucket has reached the top. With an unconscious Korba on top, there was a chance he might fall from it, so she had to be sure. The bucket reaches the top, and as soon as it's there, Cami doesn't leave the room. Instead, she tries to get information from Pocket, but they're too far away from each other, and she doesn't realize it until she hears the sound of the bucket coming down again.
She waits for the bucket to get down, only just curious about who was coming, and it surprises her a little to see an elf with the shape of the one who just came in. "Hi. Dangerous? Oh, you mean what happened... I say we were unlucky is all. Nice to meet you, I'm Cami. I have another two allies deeper inside, and I'm one who thinks the more help you have the better off you are, so if you're looking to explore while not alone, we could also use your help."
((Math - I really like your method of using the quiver or whatever holder you're using as quick access and then allowing the rest of them to be stored in the backpack. Consider it approved!))
As soon as Fril is done collecting the arrows, he smacks himself in the forehead with his talons before turning back to the goblin with his claw extended, "I'm sorry. We never introduced ourselves. My name is Frilvoril, but you can call me Fril. What's your name?"

Fril, the goblin responds "Peek. I Peek. You Fril, yes? Fril, what happens to Peek now? Bugbears and goblins at this outpost never die like this. You let Peek go? Peek go over to other watch post now?"
"Well Peek, if you go to the other watch post, then we can't let you go. However, if you come with us, and show us the parts of the dungeon that you know, we can protect you. But you have to promise not to run away or make too much noise. We are here to make the dungeon safer for everybody. You'd like that wouldn't you? We can even pay you." As Fril says the last part, he holds out a pair of gold pieces and holds up two talons. "I'll even pay you TWO gold pieces if you show us the parts of the dungeon that you know without telling the other members of Xanathar's Guild or the Undertaker Gang. If you want, I'll pay you even more gold if you stick with me as we go farther," Fril says. He thinks to himself, "There are only two of us, and we can use as much help as we can get. Besides, someone small and quiet like Peek could be useful at scouting out rooms with Pocket, and who knows, maybe he'll even come in handy in a fight."

Pointing to the words on the wall Farok says “Never worked in a group before. Could be helpful. Let’s go find this Mad Mage.”He then takes begins walking into the dungeon, not waiting for a response until he gets to the first crossroad. There he stops and waits for Cami to lead, as she’s been through here before, and has companions somewhere further in.
Cami lags behind a little as she stops to read the text. "How did I miss that before? Okay, so that means 'a magic gate'... And we've found one of those before. I wonder if it's a riddle..." She explains her thoughts out loud, taking slow steps out of the room while still trying to read the text to be sure she has it memorized.
Even though a little late, Cami reaches the crossroads and looks forward, pausing just a little bit to see if she could hear Pocket through their telepathic link now, and the answer is that yes, she could. She hears Pocket tell her a bit about what happened, but then she interrupts that so she doesn't leave Farok waiting. "Yes, follow me." And she starts leading him directly west, so she can go back to Fril and Pocket through the opposite path than the one they used to get there the first time.
Farok follows Cami to the others, and arriving sees a bird-person and goblin sitting together sharing a meal. "Interesting allies."Farok says to Cami with a good natured chuckle. He then looks around the room and sees the other bodies, and raises an eyebrow questioning the goblin still alive, wondering if he had betrayed his kind thinking "He'll need to be watched. Once a backstabber, always a backstabber."
Fril, Peek responds "Hmmmmm........"and then you mention the gold pay. He takes it, and smiles "Yes. Peek Yes. Peek say yes. Bugbears mean to Peek. Sad about goblin friends. You not make Peek kill goblin friends right? Peek show you dungeon. Yes. Peek show dungeon."
As we have discussed, Peek is now a sidekick! He would've told Fril about the second Xanathar guard watch on this level. He would said that he doesn't know who Xanathar is, but that it is a monster of some sort. The Xanathar guild has a presence on this level of the dungeon because they want to keep adventurers who come down the well from reaching the lower levels of the dungeon and messing with their guild, which is also where Xanathar resides. He doesn't know specifically where and on what level of the dungeon.
He doesn't know how, but Xanathar is the one responsible for the brain creatures in the bugbears heads and so is ultimately controlling everything.
As for this level, he would say that there is another 2 guard watch post full of bugbears and goblins. He points to the east and to the south, and if you travel there he will tell you exactly where. (ultimately I want the party to decide where to go though. Peek will answer questions as you ask him as you explore.) He will also tell you when he knows about traps etc. but again, he is very new here.
There is also another gang residing in this level. They are the Undertakers, but Peek doesn't know much about them. He is too low in the ranks, and he is new. All he knows is that Xanathar Guild and the Undertakers are enemies, and he's heard the word vampires thrown around a few times.

Ok. Cami has ran directly through the hall of mirrors, which has triggered something. I have moved Cami and Farok through the hallway and they are now located in the spot when the below happens. I am assuming Farok followed Cami through the hallway, and even if he didn't, she would've still triggered the below. If Farok didn't follow Cami, let me know where he should be located. If he was going to pause to look at the mirrors, let me know and I can move him back east a bit.
A few split moments after Cami and Farok run through the hall (will fix retro if Farok didn't follow), 2 figures emerge from the last 2 westernmost mirrors. They almost look like dark shadows at first, but a closer look reveals that they both change before your eyes and they look identical to Cami.
And they look very upset.
I will need initiative rolls from everyone at this point. Math, please roll for Peek!
Fril watches as Cami rounds the corner and raises his hand in salutations. His eyes raise when he sees the very bulky looking elf round the corner behind her and he calls out to Cami, "Found some new friends, have we?" But his eyebrows shoot off of his forehead when sees 2 duplicates of Cami sprint around the corner behind them. Looking back to Peek he says, "There was only one of her when she left, right?"
Peek replies, "Only one... Yes. One. Only One." Before squinting again at the triplets coming around the corner, "Three now... Three more than one! Two fake!"
They both pull out their bows and notch an arrow at Cami and her newly found entourage.

"And you too?" Cami asks over the first comment, but then Fril and Peek start saying other things, and she's thoroughly puzzled. To answer the questions she had about this, she looks behind her just to get spooked into action.
Coming around the corner Farok hears the footsteps behind him, and looking back sees two more of the human who had been leading him. Knowing that there is a lot of magic in the world he simply pauses as he turns to face them and says to the original Cami that he’d been following, now behind him “They with you?”

"What are you?" Cami tries to ask one of her doppelgangers, but before waiting for an answer, she notices they seem like they're about to attack, so she takes the first move. She pulls out the electric glove, slaps it against her shield, and then tries to reach for the chest of the closest duplicate.
Bonus action: None. (The protector cannon is still inside a bag of holding...)
Cami, the duplicate does not respond to you. You reach out as you've described, but the duplicate figure avoids the electric glove rigged to the shield. You stay put as the attack does not hit.
