Wolfstine gives a look of sympathy "This is a mill not a bank" He shrugs "Sorry." He starts looking for valuables on the guards and cultist and takes a couple of scimitars as well as looks to recover his arrow or find more. He also takes a cultist mask and one of the cleaner robes thinking it might come in handy
Wolfstine starts collecting the breastplates "These are worth a lot more than a pretty copper and those at the keep could use it"and takes an extra quiver and the arrows
He says to the Dragonbourn "Thufir those spears may come in handy for you noting your weapons."
“Nice to meet you, Jack. Wolfstine. You suppose there’s a reward for all of us for finding these things?” Waldeyr maneuvers to help carry some of the found items now that there’s money talk.
Thufir pushes his captive in front of him, stumbling along the way, and says to the others, "Is there any reason to go back to the keep? Time is not on our side. These bastards already have villagers captive at their sanctuary if this little shit is telling the truth." Shoving the captive cultist forward he adds, "And the truth is the only thing keeping you alive..."
As you're walking toward the sanctuary, Jack snaps his fingers as the gnome you saw from before walks over. Trotting alongside her is a bear the size of a cat. "Guys, this is Burnice and her friend Blooddrinker. Burnice, these are the heroes who are going to save this town. What can you tell us about the situation?"
"There are three groups outside of the sanctuary," Burnice says. "One of about eight are battering at the front doors. Another of 15, including two ambush drakes, is circling the temple in a screeching mob. The third, which is four cultists and four kobolds is heaping burning straw against a rear door."

“That’s a -lot- of scumbags looking to see the color of our guts. We should leave. Or at least have a plan that doesn’t involve going toe to toe with any of those groups. I have a few magic tricks, but not enough to fight 15 of them.” Waldeyr looks like he’d much rather run.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"We're not going to do an all out assault" he gives a serious look to Thufir "We simply need to hit them at their weakest point and rescue those inside" He looks at the back door "Maybe there?" he points
Thufir chuckles as he grins at his companion's suggestion to just rush the gates. Shoving his captive ahead he asks, "Is the little one's info correct? Are there that many of your 'friends' in there?"
The cultist nods. "I can't tell you the exact numbers, but yes a small force should be at the sanctuary and there isn't much time."
Wolfstine, with your Perception check, you do think the back door is the weakest point, and that would be a way to save the people inside. You'll want to do something about the other groups. Perhaps a distraction is in order.

“I’m afraid not. I have some illusions at my disposal, but with so many, some are bound to see through it.” Waldeyr wrings his hands again. “Perhaps… a disguise? Walk in right under their noses?”

after collecting said items he heads that way "Did any of you need one of these" he nods to the breast plate
