Stepping back out of the supply closet/room, Kat glances to the other door in the hall. She wrinkles her nose at the smell coming from it. "Might want to be on your guard here..." She comments softly to the others, then approaching the door. Once the group is ready she would open it and glance inside.
The door opens from the hallway to the southwest part of a 10(E. To W) by 20 (N to S) room. There is a window in the center east wall as well as doors one further north framed on the northeast wall and another-one directly south in the southeast corner A foul odor permeates this unfurnished room, which is filled with more than twenty kobolds, half sleeping and half awake. A few of the sleeping kobolds look like the caretakers you've saw sweeping and making beds.
Kat waves to the small scaled figures, then closes the door. "Servant area." Kat informs the others. "I would not imagine anything of value is kept in that direction, shall we check the next place?" Kat would think back to the recent passages and move to the closest unexplored door. (Sorry, I don't recall which door that would be at this point...)

Kat would think back to the recent passages and move to the closest unexplored door. (Sorry, I don't recall which door that would be at this point...)
Looks like all doors this way, except for those in the kobold room, have been checked. Only other door we know about, other than the various ones in the kitchen, is in the NE corner of this floor. I guess Kat is suggesting going there, unless someone wants to check out the kobold room's doors a bit.
The doors unchecked are in the: kobold room one north west heading back towards the kitchen and one directly southwest corner. Store room directly south.
You could go back and try the door that led the same way as the hallway that was further north in the Kitchen before the hallway.
Or the stairs leading down on the southwest part of the kitchen or the doors leading upwards. Or there is a door leading west in the kitchen.
This room contains three beds and a simple writing desk. The room smells clean, and the floorboards are swept spotless.
There are three people inside this room two men and a woman. When you open the door, one of them franticly motions for you to come in. They look like they were just preparing for the days routine.
Kat frowns and steps inside. "Why so frantic?" She asks with a look at the three people. She leaves the door open, so her companions have easy access if the three prove to be hostile.
The older man shuts the door once everyone is in. "My name is Gastyn, I'm the butler. You don't look like cultist, who are you?" he says with a haggard tired voice.
"We are definitely not cultists." Kat says, a bit offended. "I am Kathrine, these are my companions." She waves to the others. "We are seeking after these cultists, who have been raiding villages and moving treasure elsewhere." She frowns as she looks at the butler and the others. "What do you know about these cultists?"
Gastyn quietly says as if someone may be listening, he points to the kitchen "Be careful of those and be quiet they are cultist.Even though this place is well kept since they murdered," he looks sad "My Lord Marsten, that owned this place." He pauses "Well they keep prisoners down stairs who they feed the perytons" then he says nervously "there is a four arm troll named Trepsin tending the kennels and drakes outside."
One of the women pipes up "Theres a meeting going on upstairs. I overheard something about a flying castle From a woman named Talis."
"Thanks for that information." Kat says, giving the servants a smile. "We have been working to clear this floor of anything we would need to know about. The only doors we have not checked out so far are the ones inside the kitchen, as well as one in with the kobolds. Can you tell us what is behind those doors?"

The dragonborn listens carefully to Gastyn. Troll outside with some drakes, he thinks, lucky they haven't sniffed us out earlier. Talis - that name seems familiar, he thinks. "How many prisoners downstairs? Where are they from? Why did they murder your Lord? How many are up there with Talis?" He looks about to his companions, not knowing if they know who this Talis is. "Is there an exit downstairs, by chance?" he asks hopefully... "Perhaps we can get the prisoners to safety and destroy the cultists, though not before asking a few...questions."
[DM - is this the last unchecked room to the far north in the map above?]
The other woman states "There are two humans a man and a woman and a dwarf. I've taken meals to them. There is only one way in and out of the cellar."
Gastyn states "Mi lord rented this place to them but when he found out what they are he resisted. There's a great room that we are forbidden to go in and haven't since the cult.(he points to area 6) The room over on the otherside of the kitchen is the pantry and store room where we keep all the fine silver.(he points to area 8) and there is a bath." (he points towards area 14) "I've given up on doing anything there. The kobolds just mess it up."
The first woman speaks to the request of the numbers "We don't know. But I'm sure the Troll would come running to help them."
The dragonborn furrows his brow in thought. "Hmm, lots of them and a few of us. Quite the pickle." He looks to Gastyn and the women. "What have you overheard them speak about? Perhaps we should go hear for ourselves, eh?" He looks to the rest.
"I think we have two choices." Kat says. "We go find this cult leater, and talk with them ourselves, and see what we can learn from them, or we go and rescue these prisoners." She looks around at the group. "I would prefer to rescue the prisoners, but I do see some good reasons to go and talk to this cult leader instead. What do you two wish to do?"
Wyldfyre and the dwarf both shrug making it look like its up to you
The two women and the man say the don't know anything else but Gastyn states "I do suggest if you talk to the leader here that you look more cultish and Dragonborn tend to stand out here." He shakes his head "Those poor people are probably going to be fed to perytons tonight"
Upon hearing that Wyldfyre growls reaches into one of her pouches and brings out a pinch of sand quietly walks into the kitchen. Duhgar follows and closes the door no words are spoken and a collective thump of bodies can be heard. Not much later you hear voices of a dwarf and two humans but they don't come back to the servants living quarters but it sounds like they're heading outside leaving to the south hallway. Not long afterwards, you hear a slam of a door opening to the north kitchen from the outside! In a voice of a Giant. "WHY ARE THESE HUMANS SLEEPING! THEY DARE DISTIRB MY SLEEP AND NOW THEY ARE!" in a calmer voice "Least the one that disturbed me made a good meal." You hear a scream and a gurgle "Where are these people that Thearal told me about before I ate him!"
You hear a woman's voice calmly Say "Put her down Trepsin." said with authority. Trespin gasps "Yes mi lady" You hear a thunk and a another woman's moan after she hit the floor.

The Dragonborn follows Kat, waving the foul odor from his nose. “Let’s go on,” he says pleadingly, gesturing toward a door not checked yet.

Posts #1410 and #1411 are what I am going by... We checked out the SE door, so I was suggesting we check out the NE door next.
