"I'll join in for a few drinks." Moller chuckles at the speech. "Tell us, oh courageous Dreamland, have you done one of these soul revealing adventures before?"
Moller is specifically looking for a curio or general store, or a place that might sell local specialties.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Yes to the party, "no" to that drinks of yours - you know I do not take that stuff. Would join to see your celebration - and to help you get to the Inn when you are done." Even if she did not drink herself, Trixi saw enough drank surfacers to know what to expect.
In the shops she was not looking for anything specific, but used her Detect Magic skill quite a lot to both practice and in - quite serious! - hope to find something particularly interesting in some unexpected place. In vain, but still enthusiastically.
“Molle, Molle, what little faith you have. I grew up in Zozobra, where there are more taverns than grains of sand on all the beaches of Embera. I have achieved our goal there even, though some brave companions fell on our journey. Here, with such a strong group as yourselves, and a far smaller challenge, I believe we will succeed”
"I wouldn't say little faith, good sir." Molle places a hand on her chest in feigned ignorance. "Consider it setting realistic goals! If we're going to grab a few drinks, I like to know who the lightweight is. We don't want to wake up with our coin purses lighter than they should be. Us partiers do end up drawing a lot of attention. And we would love to be welcomed back. And not by the jailers."

Zira was 100% party hardy but he can't exactly pinpoint when she changed her ways.
Garron and Molle spot their quarry but the rest do not spot anything they're looking for.
Garron sees three street peddlers advertising all manner of tonics and tinctures but only one free standing shop called Maxillian's Mending that's advertises half price curse removal which he knows is magical healing!
Molle finds three competing general stores and nearly everyone of the kiosk have local fair on offer depending on the exact object she's looking for at each location from local remedies to local street foods, one stand seems to be frying up cakes in the shape of a tree ring with elaborate toppings from chocolate shaved from a block to candied fruits in syrup!

Garron calls to Ted, "Hey, I'll catch up in just a moment, there's something I want to check out." With that he heads into the shop and takes a closer look around. If there are no visible shopkeepers he calls out into the shop, "Hello? Anybody here?" If there is an obvious store owner or someone in the shop, he asks, "Do you happen to have any potions that I might be able to purchase?"

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
Molle looks in on the general stores, and looks to see what they offer. Not finding anything eye catching, she departs the shops empty handed. Molle begins to check out the different kiosks and stalls set up. She will show interest in any lucky charms, and buy one of the weirder ones. For a bit she seems content with her purchases, but the smell of fried cakes catches her attention. "Oh, those look so good."
She purchases two of the dessert cakes. One is held up a bit when she regroups with the party. "Anyone who wants it, tell me your about the most random memory you have. Whoever has the best answer gets it."
Ted chuckles at Molle’s insinuation. “Haha, trust, I am not a lightweight. Besides, if you have concerns about people recognising us, I am quite the artiste with make up. You could look unrecognisable with my skills, or if you like I do have just the right colour rouge to suit your complexion. If you have doubts just look at this face, is it right, or is it right?”
As they approach the stalls, and Garron excuses himself, Ted reminds him “Don’t forget to ask about the nightlife.” Miming the action of drinking before heading on. He decides to stick with Molle rather than with Areon and Trixi. As she buys some cakes, he comments. “Never took you for a sweet tooth.”And propositions the stalls owner, “Say, how much would you charge for a customised cake? Like a joint coming of age cake? You could even just squeeze on some icing with their names.” He winks at Molle, stifling a chuckle.
Trixi sized up Ted, looked at Molle and seriously nodded to Areon "Yep, let's share the duty."
It seemed the ranger was no luckier in his search for armor, than she with her naive hopes for an artifact. Eventually, the idea lost it's attraction and Trixi begun to pay attention to other things, sweets among them. The cakes in Molle's hands certainly looked interesting. "What's this? Never tried that one! Aw... Are you saying you would not share without a story?" Trixi perfectly understood that it was a game (not to mention, she could simply buy cake all for herself) and played along. "Ok, here: that cake reminds me of charggruns mother was making for Spring Tides days, and Meolin - that was my pet octopus - liked to steal some before they were ready."She checked Molle's reaction and added "She always shared, though."
"Tell me about it! But you are saying it as if it is a bad thing - is it really?"Trixi looked with a genuine curiosity. "Still didn't get it fully. Your drinks... It's something, I have to say. Juices are nice, though. At least some of them. Never knew there is a coconut milk and it is sweet!" And immediately added by pure association "Would you to share the cake if you win? I promise I will!"
OOC: Please read the game PM before posting any more.
Areon can see armor and weapon smiths but doesn't seem to spot anyone outwardly displaying that sort of items he wants. He'll have to inquire in one of the many blacksmith shops for his items.
Molle please see PM.
OOC: Safe to say she got her cakes but we'll have to address the other purchase. Thank you.
Garron enters Maxillian's Mending as finds a pungent smell wafting through the air a mix of herbs and freshly burnt hair! The shop looks well stocked with all manner of tonics and tinctures but nothing immediately seems magical. Behind a counter he finds a gnomish man of inscrutable age with a tall pointed hat that slouches to the left as bright red hair sticks out in all manner of directions beneath it.
"Not an Emberain then my lad," asks the gnome taking out a pipe he begins to ready to smoke it. "I say this because only a foreigner would think magic such as that could be conjured by the likes of anyone but the finest mage and alchemist," he explains eyeing Garron curiously. "Cost a pretty penny too," he adds smiling. "I can remove a curse as stated on the shop sign my lad but as for potions you don't seem like the sort of fellow who has the coin for them either. No offense mine friend," he finishes lighting the pipe and taking a few puffs nodding his head. "So are you cursed my lad or looking for something else entirely," he asks.
OOC: Reminder I said magic was rare here; healing potions are magical my dude. Say there were any you'd pay a hefty price for them or any magical healing outside spells by a cleric or in a large city such as Zozobra maybe a scroll which is even more expensive. However herbalism kits and medicine kits are common enough. I'll allow a person a full action to stabilize another PC restoring 1 HP with either of them but they have to be proficient in nature abd/or medicine to do so successfully with a roll and a set DC.
Overhead Garron hears the fluttering of wings and from the corner of his eye in the low light he could have sworn he saw an imp!
Ted slides up to the street cart and asks his question.
"I make fried batter here in me kettle. No cakes as such like that," replies the woman frying up more batter disks as a boy wraps them up in parchment that looks used. "Sounds daft! A cake with names on them," she chuckles next.
“But no living man am I! You look upon a woman...You stand between me and my lord and kin. Begone, if you be not deathless! For living or dark undead, I will smite you, if you touch him.” ― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Return of the King
Garron's head whirls around as he fears the fluttering of wings and he yelps in surprise before responding to the shopkeeper, "Yes, I understand about the potions. Although it seems you may have a bit more magic than you are letting on." Garron says this last part with a wink and shapes his hands into a pair of wings to imitate the flying imp. "About coin, you never know if I have enough until you name a price correct? So let's at least hear a price and then we'll discuss whether or not I have the funds. Besides I'm sure you don't get many foreigners in here and making a successful purchase could mean the good name of Maxillan's Mending is spread all across Emberra." As Garron is talking, he steps all the way up to the counter. If something sours, he wants to be as close to this wizard as possible. He also keeps his eyes peeled for the imp that he saw earlier, looking for any trace of the tiny creature.

Erika did not join the others on their initial push from the inn. Once she had settled her gear into their shared room, she had promised she would find the others later in the evening. When asked how, she had pointedly looked at Ted and said, "It will be a challenge, for sure."
Erika instead had a bath drawn at the inn, spending the first part of the evening soaking in steaming hot water. While she was a bit tall for the modest tub, she still relaxed a while, letting the heat work its way through sore muscles, before scrubbing away the last remnants of the day's travels from her skin.
Who knows when she'd get this again?
A while later, once the water had gone lukewarm and she'd dried off with a towel, Erika prepared for the night. Hair down around her shoulders, she dressed in her travel clothes and leathers, a dagger in her belt. Then, looking in the mirror, she moved her hand from above her head to below her neckline, whispering a chant. Where the red-haired and green-eyed human had stood, there was now a blonde half-elf, plain of features with brown eyes, a full foot shorter than Erika. As part of her magic, her armor shifted to appear with a southern style - more revealing than the practical leather hauberk she was used to, but it was what went for trendy in these lands.
(Cast: Disguise Self)
She practiced saying a few words in a more Emberan fashion... going for the Zozobran accent. "I think I've got it."she said to no one, before leaving the washroom and headed downstairs to see if anything interesting was going on in the main inn room below.
