"Enough!" Varn calls, and as his anger builds up, it begins to shape energy into a form in his hand, taking the shape of a flaming javelin, which he attempts to throw on the chariot that's dragging him despite his awkward position.
Chaos Bolt: Attack: 24 Damage: 8. (Doubt that hits, but oh well.)
Skarro steps back from the chariots near him, transferring his baleful gaze to the chariot that has Varn held captive, and launches two more bolts of arcane energy in its direction. "Cowardly creature! Face a real warrior if you dare!"
He then steps close to the most damaged chariot near him, trying to prevent its escape.
Attack 1: 15 Damage: 5 plus 4 necrotic damage if a hit
Attack 2: 19 Damage: 5 plus 6 necrotic damage if a hit

Skarro's 1st attack kills. 2nd attack moved to Chariot3 as that was most damaged after Chariot2. It does not take Hex damage though as you need BA to move it and you spent your BA to cast it on Chariot2. You can move it next turn though without spending a spell slot.
Chariot3 vs Zorn: 15 Dmg: 9 =Miss=
Chariot4 vs Skarro: 21 Dmg: 8 = Miss=
Chariot 1: Dead Chariot 2: Dead Chariot 3: Heavily damaged Chariot 4: Lightly damaged
Getting free from the Chariot that was dragging him away, Zorn quickly jumps backwards to get some slight distance between him and the Chariot3 puts two arrows into its horse flesh. Komos puts a burning bolt into the Chariot that was fleeing with Komos before it gets out of range. Varn keeps swinging fruitlessly at the Chariot that was carrying him away but it was finally Skarro that put it out of its misery, blasting a big hole right through it with an Arcane bolt. He redirects the second attack over to the one next to Zorn as that had taken the most damage. The remaining two Chariots flails around with its tentacle arms trying to wrap up Zorn and Skarro but they couldn't hit the nimble Kobolds

When his chance to act arrives, Skarro puffs up his chest dramatically and shakes his head in disgust, "You were warned!" he says. his angry focus transferring to the weakest of the suvivors. He lanuches two more bolts of arcane energy at it before closing to within striking distance, trying to prevent escape.
BA: Transfer hex
Attack 1: 16 Damage: 4 plus 4 necrotic damage if a hit
Attack 2: 8 Damage: 11 plus 5 necrotic damage if a hit
Add 3 more necrotic to the first attack since it was a crit., for a total of 23.
The combined attacks from Skarro and Zorn prove too much for the heavily damaged Chariot 3. The metallic chariot pieces crumble from the arcane bolts and the crush the fleshy form underneath.

Pulling out his cannon rod, Komos fires a few scorching rays towards the remaining chariot.
Attack: 16 Damage: 4 Attack: 19 Damage: 11 Attack: 23 Damage: 6 + 8 towards whichever rolled highest I don't think anyone is within melee of the last one right? otherwise they'd have adv. I rolled straight to be safe.

Komos' shots land forcefully on the Chariot, damaging it further. Seeing that it is the only one left, the Chariot decides to try and flee but only if it can snatch someone to go with it. It tries to rope Skarro but its tentacle is knocked away.
Skarro steps back from the chariot and glares at it, his face contemptuous and flushed with bright green blood of anger, "Stand and fight, you abominable wretch!" His words carry the power of a great compulsion as he launches two more blasts of arcane energy at hit, before stepping close once again, trying to hinder its escape.
