((Okay status update. I think there was a misunderstanding. There were two eyes on the tree that you destroyed. Then there were "a lot" of other eyes all around you in the forest. They were much further than the one in the tree. Yes they were 120ft far away and I am aware that it is dark. The Eyes have really good Dark Vision. However, that was actually another reason as to why the other eyes were seeing you but couldn't identify you. Normal dark vision doesn't let you see color.
Anyway, the other eyes are still all spread out in the forest. However they aren't approaching. The eyes can turn to get a better view of the place and other than one eye that got pulled back in the forest, you haven't seen any eyes move around like snakes.))
((No Initiative needed. If it was, I would have rolled for it or asked you guys to roll))
So Varn got hit, Komos is trying to distract the hunter and shoot the Armor (That's what is approaching) Zorn is trying to hide. What does Skarro do?
((Also the shot keep from the direction of where the cave was supposed to be, where you were trying to go to kill the Hunter. For the sake of simplicity let's just say it came from "North"))
Thanks, @Dm! I assume they would be near cover of some kind, perhaps trees or boulders, since they were sneaking up and attacking from a distance. If so, he will try to block the line of flight for the missiles the hunter launches. He may be seen by the eyes, but the arrows still have to travel in a straight line, he reasons....if not he'll just lay low (prone) and pray quietly to the goddess.
Skarro tries to stick to the plan, and remain hidden. If he can, he will try to move south of whatever solid cover they have and lay low, putting it between himself and the Hunter, while trying to assess how well Komos' distraction works. He prays quietly.
Varn, what do you do? Varn took a big hit to the chest and is now on the ground with the armor approaching. Komos put up a Cannon in hopes of a distraction and shot the armor. It took the hit and looks a bit more damaged.
Varn scurries away near one of the trees, where he hopes he'll have cover from whoever or whatever attacked him. Unable to see it, there is not much he could do... or isn't there? From behind the tree, Varn peeks sideways and chooses one of the trees that he assumes is between them and the attacker - that is about a hundred feet away - flicks his fingers and calls for the flames. A small fire ignites at the base of that tree, and the flames quickly lick up and ignite the tree, and smoke should soon follow.
Does smoke even bother something that can see them if they can't see it? Maybe, maybe not. Varn hopes it does, at least a bit, since he has no idea what else he can do. Of course, a single burning tree doesn't make a lot of smoke, but he could control the flames to ignite more trees... if the armour doesn't kill them first.
(While the armour is still away, Varn will gradually make the fire spread across the forest (and if the forest isn't dense enough for that, he'll just ignite it tree by tree) until there's plenty of smoke. If the armour gets within ~50 feet... he'll stop that to focus on the armour.)
Komos sets up a cannon and opens fire on the Armor. By doing so, he also announced his presence to the Hunter. Another gunshot rings through the forest and another silver metal flies through from between the tress and hits Komos in the chest, knocking him down to the ground. The Armor turns around to face Komos now and starts heading his way. Then Varn gets up and runs for cover. The armor, despite being blind, turns its head in the kobold prince's direction. It seems the Armor shares the Hunter's sight. Deciding that Komos was likely killed by the Hunter's last shot, it begins to continue towards Varn. Varn sets a tree on fire to try and create a smoke screen. While it does work, he feels the Hunter's many eyes on him still. Setting the tree on fire seems ineffective and trying to obscure himself. The Hunter can still see him with its many eyes.
At this point, with Skarro and Zorn hunkered down, the Hunter is completely ignoring them. It doesn't seem to know that they are there still.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing another of his companions brutally attacked, Skarro looks at the armour, angry not at it but at the cowardly hunter. Nevertheless, the armour stands in his way, and threatens his friends.
Still prone and hiding behind his rock, he utters a a prayer to the goddess and launches two bolts of energy at the unseeing armour.
((Yeah. Also I purposely took a short break for the weekend and also Dragondenn's dealing with some IRL stuff. So I figured best not to speed this game too fast forward. ))

Since the smoke idea does not seem to be working, Varn forgoes it. He's out of ideas regarding facing the Hunter and focuses on the armour instead. Hopefully, one of the others will have an idea. Varn prepares destructive magic in his hand, not even giving much thought to what kind of magic it will form. Just something to stop the armour.
Chaos Bolt Attack: 15 Damage: 13. (I don't want to edit to avoid any manipulation problems, so in terms of damage type, if it matters, choose the lower option of the two d8s.)

Eldritch Blast
Attack 1: 20 Damage: 9
Attack 2: 25 Damage: 10
(First attack missed second attack hit)
What does Varn, Komos and Zorn do?
If no retribution from the hunter follows, Skarro whispers to his friends, "Hunter is north. Stay behind cover, and come near me. I will heal."
His eyes dart from side to side, and he frowns slightly, "I don't think eyes can hear," he says, his voice uncertain.
Komos slowly crawls himself towards behind a tree, and while moving triggers his cannon to fire once again.
Attack: 12 Damage: 7 (pushing it back 5 ft on a hit)

@DM: Just for the sake of planning: how separate are we? Could Skarro touch any of his companions?
((Skarro is in touch range but he'll have to move to do it.))
(( I'll wait until he can act again and probably attack again; the armour is a clear and present danger, as they say. How does the armour look? ))
((Still heavily damaged))
(( I think we are waiting on Varn and Zorn, correct? ))
((Yeah. Also I purposely took a short break for the weekend and also Dragondenn's dealing with some IRL stuff. So I figured best not to speed this game too fast forward. ))
(( No worries, just didn't want to be holding things up if I missed something! ))
