Varn waits ready behind the tree for the Hunter to shoot anything again. If it does, Varn will immediately run a short distance to a different cover, closer to the Hunter.
All is quiet, though they can clearly feel the Hunter's innumerable eyes on them. While they can move from cover to cover, it is going to result in them being fired at while they move. If only there was some way to make the Hunter lose focus or distract it long enough to where the Kobolds can hide in plain sight again.
Skarro nods in satisfaction at the collapsed armour and spends a few moments tossing his grappling hook and using it to drag the armour nearer. He then starts to retrieve the coins using a piece of wood or his sword, before nodding in satisfaction.
"Skarro is tired, but will try to get to you or distract it soon" he says to the badly wounded Komos.
He looks up at the most obvious nearby eye, wondering how many there are. Glancing left and right, and still under cover, he grins then asks his goddess for one more boon, trying to determine what is nearby. He does his best to remember what, if anything, he finds.
Using Divine Sense
As an action, you can detect good and evil. Until the end of your next turn, you can sense anything affected by the hallow spell or know the location of any celestial, fiend, undead within 60 ft. that is not behind total cover. You can use this feature 4 times per long rest.
((Skarro, you can either use Divine Sense as an action, or get some of the armor and the coins. They are near enough that it doesn't take more than one turn to get them, provided that you don't move))
Since the armor and the coins were so close to Skarro, he could have reached and picked them up with his hand but then that would risk getting shot. So he used the grappling hook to get these items while staying out of the Hunter's sights.

Feeling hidden, with his cannon now ready to fire again, Komos twirls his Icosahedron around and finds the light mint colored glowing side. Pressing the button on it a gentle bell rings, healing him for 14.

Skarro channels his divine powers and tries to detect the eyes that are hiding in the forest. To his horror, nothing comes up. It's clear that the eyes can see them through the darkness even 120ft away. The Hunter has darkvision matching their own at the very least.
(( How dense is the forest? At some distance there must just be enough stuff in the way to block their vision? Can he see any nearby (they might not be undead/celestial/fiend etc)? ))
((He can't see any nearby. It is a case of them being out of range. The forest is mordantly dense and if you were dealing with a group of like drow bandits or something, it would block vision at 120ft. However There are many eyes all around the forest and all of them belong to the Hunter. Thus they don't have too much trouble seeing you. If one eye is blocked there are other eyes that can see you from different angles. ))
((Also given what Tiamat has said it is highly likely these creatures are Abberations, Fiends or Celestials.))
Varn takes a moment to think about the situation. He needs a plan. If the Hunter sees him, even just a tiny bit of him, he'll get shot. However, that might also be the key.
The Hunter can see, but as far as he know, that is the only way he perceives. And, although he sees everything, what would happen if he sees something that's not actually there?
But, even if the Hunter gets confused for but a moment, that's not the end of it. Varn must be quick, or he'll get shot too. Well, only one way to test the theory.
Varn focuses his magic to cast is a briefly as he can. Creating an image that resembles himself just a bit sideways, enough that he's sure the tree does not cover the illusion from the Hunter's line of sight.
If the Hunter shoots the illusion, Varn immediately runs as fast as he can to another cover, closer to the Hunter. However, if he does not shoot the illusion, Varn will stay put, and try thinking of a better plan.
(Casting Minor Illusion as a BA through Quickened Spell Metamagic, as described. Then, if the Hunter shoots the illusion, he will Dash to the farthest cover he can reach, in the Hunter's direction.)
The previous monsters Varn had fought, the mantises and the brute, they were immune to his illusions. They relied on other forms of senses to perceive him. However the Hunter has eyes. Does it mean it can be tricked?
When the Fake Varn peeks out of cover, the loud bang rings through the forest once more and a red glowing piece of metal like the one that had hit Skarro not too long ago flies through the air. It flies through the illusion. Taking this opportunity, Varn manages to run up to a piece of cover nearby to where Zorn was hiding. The only reason he was able to catch up to Zorn was because Zorn had to move slowly to not be detected by the Hunter. With that, it was five shots fired by the Hunter.
Skarro calls out to his companions, “When Skarro’s wounds arehealed he will run to distract Hunter. Be ready. Then we kill Hunter for the Goddess!”
Is this how Skarro’s life ends? He looks at each of his companions then slowly shakes his head. If the Goddess wills it, then he will live to fight another day. If not, his friends will avenge him.
Knowing how powerful the Hunter’s weapon is, he calls on the power of the goddess to heal his wounds.
“A little longer,” he says, “then Skarro will be ready.”

Zorn, Varn and Komos' Turn.

Zorn continues to slowly move towards the place the shots came from. Stealth is a 26.
Varn waits to see what the others do because, for now, he has no plan that doesn't end with him getting shot.

Zorn continues to move undetected. Komos heals himself. Varn continues to hide.
Everything is quiet once more.
Also FYI Zorn doesn't need to keep rolling Stealth checks every turn.

Zorn and Komos' turn.
Zorn continues to sneak forward.
Komos, still rather injured, just stays quiet watching his friends act, simply hoping the tree he's hiding behind doesn't explode.
PbP 🎲: Tyekanik; Moneo Noree; Korba Muris; & occasional DM:
Zorn continues to sneak and Komos stays putt. The forest continues being eerily quiet whenever the Hunter doesn't shoot.
