Tiamat answers, "I do not know how far the wall goes.A few hundred feet along the wall however, is a large gate. The sign beside it read, 'Hotel Celestia'. Do not ask me what that hotel is or what connection it has to the Emperor for this is the first time I too have seen that name. I believe that Phandalin has been consumed and absorbed into this strange hotel. This would mean the Lost Mines, the source of the Emperor's connection to the material plane, must be accessed through the strange hotel. That is where we must go next. I will take the form of a Dragonborn and travel with you in the next leg of the mission, at least until we get through the hotel. My power will be very limited in that form however and I can't revert to my current form without immediately being found out by the Emperor's twisted creatures. Unfortunately, that is all I can do to help for now. Due to the wall, I have no information on what might lie beyond. The only other way I may help you is if you need something for your journey that I can manifest by harness the power trapped inside the coins you've collected."

Skarro's eyes narrow, remembering recent battles, "Skarro gets hit a lot, and makes a lot of noise. He would like dwarf-silver armour. Good for the Goddess' Holy Warrior."
He looks off into the darkness, remembering. "Once -- long ago -- Skarro saw another Holy Warrior with it. Shiny, silver, very nice. Since then he has wanted it. Skarro could not kill that one. Almost died, but still wants it."
“Traveling with the goddess will be quite the honor! It is unfortunate that we may not likely be able to rest at this hotel,” Komos says. “But we shall try to get into the mines beneath to find the source of the evil power and dismantle it.” Then looking through his pack adds, “Goddess… I was wondering if you might have a screwdriver I might be able to use. I believe it will help us… I have 10 coins to trade for it if that would would help you as well…”
Tiamat answers, "I can manifest it by harnessing the coin's powers. I can spend 10 coins for a stronger version or 6 for a weaker version. Which one would you like?"
"Then, Varn wants something that could make his magic strong. Much stronger! As stronger as it can get! I want to burn our enemies to dust with ease! Anything that stands in your way shall be dusted." Although enthusiastic, Varn is also sleepy, and the resulting tone is almost comical. "So we can get through that gate once we wake up."
Tiamat chomps the coins and then with her 4 heads breathes white light on to a spot on the ground. When the light clears, the items the Kobolds requested are there.
((Removed coins. Added the Mithral Plate to Skarro. The All-Purpose Tool and Bloodwell Vials were not appearing as options when I tried to add them. See if you two can add it to your character sheets. If not, I'll make homebrew copies of the items))
Skarro's eyes bulge as the armour appears, then he carefully removes his chain mail and starts to don the plate armour slowly and reverantly, all the while praying in thanks to Tiamat. He examines each piece before strapping it in place, caressing it gently.
When he is done, he looks sadly at his chain mail. "Served Skarro well, that did. Too heavy to carry now." He folds the chainmail gently and leaves it at the back of their burrow.
As he settles down to sleep, Skarro sits bolt upright. "Skarro has strange dreams. Not sure what they mean. Others have dreams?" He looks around, then his eyes settle on the ground near Tiamat, "Does the goddess know?"
Varn picks up the small vial, unsure how it works but sure it is a gift given by the goddess, and therefore, most likely something with effects at least similar to what he asked for.
While examining the vial, he lifts a small cap, under which he finds a small, hollow needle. Suddenly, it is clear to him what he must do. Using the needle, stabs his finger, wincing a bit in response to the pain. A few drops of blood drip through the needle into the vial, where they glow momentarily. After a small amount of blood is in the vial, Varn pulls out the needle, then sucks on his finger until it stops bleeding.
"Dreams? When you're someone else for a moment? We have them sometimes. Not sure why, but often it seems a result of killing stuff." Varn answer, some words difficult to understand with his hand in his mouth.
Tiamat looks a bit confused and says, "Dreams? They can mean things or they can be meaningless. I can't really tell you what they mean unless you tell me what you've seen in them."
((Did we sleep?)) Komos takes the small tool given to him, and then pulls out his Icosahedron, rotating it around to find an empty side. Touching the new tool to it, the symbol for the goddess appears on the side as it opens to accept the tool inside of it. He then says to the others, “No dreams here. But now that we’ve taken the hunter down, I feel that nothing can stop us!”
"Then it's time to dream our own dreams. Please don't wake me up unless danger comes." Varn now closes his eyes, relaximg his body and quickly snores lightly, asleep.
Tiamat looks a bit confused and says, "Dreams? They can mean things or they can be meaningless. I can't really tell you what they mean unless you tell me what you've seen in them."
Skarro frowns. "Skarro not sure. Maybe not a dream, but like a dream."
He closes his eyes, trying to remember. "Skarro running through home. But not home. Black walls, blue light. Blue everywhere...men in blue robes. Running through halls, pushing, bed with woman and a child."
Skarro shakes his head in frustration, "Strange woman but Skarro has no child. Makes no sense."
"That is dream thing. What does it mean?" he asks Tiamat, then looks around at the others to see if any of it makes sense to them.
Tiamat answers, "It sounds like you were experiencing a memory of someone else. Perhaps it was the Hunter's memory? Or the child grew up to be the Hunter. Or the woman could have been the Hunter. Either way, you were experiencing someone else's memory and it was most likely connected to the Hunter that you've slain."
Skarro wakes with a start and his eyes flicker around the hole. After a moment he breathes out slowly. "Not a dream," he says, his tone tinged with regret. "Dreams better."
He rises as quietly as he can and takes some rations from his pack then prostrates himself before Tiamat before asking, "Do we go under the wall, Goddess, or is there another way?"

(( Mithral Plate is, I believe, Uncommon ))
((Yeah it's Uncommon. 6 Coins for that one then))
EDIT: Also, Zorn seems to have had 5 Coins. Since he's not here anymore, gave Komos, Skarro and Varn 2 bonus Coins each.

"If you could take these 10 and convert them into the stronger version it would be amazing!" Komos replies.

The party rests without incident. Tiamat makes sure nothing can bother the party while they rest... not that anything showed up anyway.
