Twitch nodded excitedly, they still had little idea what was going on but at least they had a target now.

Delmalis watches intently while Meep makes his presentation. As he ends with his strange wink, "I think I'm confused, but ok. But isn't he in the middle of his own private army outside? How are we to get to him?"

Roland nods. "The dwarves at the party said he might be in the City of the Dead, so he's in Waterdeep. If his army was here, Waterdeep watch would be paying him a visit." 

"Right! I think we need to go to the City of the Dead and bring him in." Meep pulls out a piece of scratch paper and writes down a message:

"Bill is watching, and my hut does not block sound. Mirt's notes that Sybil brought suggest that Bill is going to be problematic. One threat at a time?"

Twitch shrugged, as long as they got to kill someone bad then everything was gravy.

Delmalis nods his agreement, taking the paper and writing, "He hasn't attacked us yet, so let's not provoke him?" Speaking aloud, "Does anyone need to rest first? Or should we head straight there?"

"I'm ready to go but I was just dealing with people with too much money," Sybil states with a shrug. 

Before they go, Meep pulls Sybil aside. "We found this fantastic robe in the Cassowary's house - do you want it? Or would you rather be in charge of the crystal ball I have up in the library? Both have their uses, but this robe is a bit more tactical than the Orb is. If you don't want it, I'll wear it, but I'll need about an hour to figure out how to work it properly and not, you know, blow myself up." He shows her the Robe of Stars.

Sybils moves her hands to cause her Cloak of Displacement billow a bit," This suits me better I think. I can handle the Crystal Ball I guess,"

"Well, it's upstairs should you need it. In the meantime, I'll get accustomed to this," he motions to the robe, "and then we can go after Sunblight, yes?"

Are you just doing a short rest to get attuned to it? 

(that was my plan - before setting out, taking an hour to do that, unless everyone wanted to leave right away, in which case I'll wait) 

It's only an hour and you think Sunblight isn't going to get far in that time. Anything anyone else would like to do?

While Meep is attuning.

Delmalis's head suddenly perks up as he has a thought, "Should we inform the guard? At least to make sure they prevent his escape?"

"I have to attune to the crystal ball I guess. We can't not have the ability to scry lost," Sybil states with a sigh she move to find the ball, "I guess we should scry on the target when we're ready to depart,"

The short rest is over. Do you want to scry first or head over to the graveyard. 

Unless someone objects, Sybil will scry on the target to confirm their location and situation before they depart.

Meep tries his best to refrain from making helpful suggestions.
